പെഗാസസ് - ഫോണ്‍ ചോര്‍ത്തിയവരിൽ റോ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരും 2-ജി കേസ് അന്വേഷിച്ച രാജേശ്വര്‍ സിങ്ങും

പെഗാസസ് ഫോണ്‍ ചോര്‍ത്തലിന്റെ കൂടുതല്‍ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ പുറത്തുവിട്ട് ദ വയര്‍. ടു ജി  കേസ് അന്വേഷിച്ച മുതിര്‍ന്ന എന്‍ഫോഴ്‌സ്‌മെന്റ് ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്‍ രാജേശ്വര്‍ സിങ്, അരവിന്ദ് കെജ്‌രിവാളിന്റെ പി എ ആയ മുന്‍ ഐ എ എസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്‍ വി കെ ജെയിന്‍ തുടങ്ങിയവരുടെ ഫോണുകള്‍ നിരീക്ഷണത്തില്‍ ആയിരുന്നുവെന്നാണ് പുറത്തുവരുന്ന റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്. ഏതാനും സൈനിക ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെയും റോയിലെയും ബി എസ് എഫിലെയും ഉന്നത ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെയും ഫോണുകള്‍ ചോര്‍ത്തിയെന്ന വിവരവും പുറത്തെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

ടു ജി  കേസും കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് നേതാവായ ചിദംബരത്തിന് എതിരായ എയര്‍സെല്‍-മാക്‌സിസ് കേസും അന്വേഷിച്ച രാജേശ്വര്‍ സിങ്ങിന്റെ ഫോണ്‍ നമ്പര്‍, അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ഭാര്യയുടെയും സഹോദരിമാരുടെയും ഫോണ്‍ നമ്പരുകള്‍ ചോര്‍ത്തിയിരുന്നു എന്ന വിവരമാണ് പുറത്തുവരുന്നത്. രാജേശ്വര്‍ സിങ്ങിന്റെ ഫോണുകള്‍ 2017-2019 കാലത്താണ് ചോര്‍ത്തിയിരുന്നത്. ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ രണ്ടു ഫോണുകളും ചോര്‍ത്തിയിരുന്നു. എന്‍ഫോഴ്‌സ്‌മെന്റ് ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റും സി ബി ഐയും സംയുക്തമായാണ് 2 ജി കേസ് അന്വേഷിച്ചിരുന്നത്. 2017-ല്‍ കേസിലെ എല്ലാ പ്രതികളെയും കോടതി കുറ്റവിമുക്തരാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.  കെജ്‌രിവാളിൻ്റെ പി എ ആയ വി കെ ജെയിൻ്റെ ഫോണും ചോര്‍ത്തലിന് വിധേയമായിട്ടുണ്ട്. നീതി ആയോഗിലെയും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുടെ ഓഫീസിലെ ഒരു ജൂനിയര്‍ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ്റെയും ഫോണുകള്‍ ചോര്‍ത്തിയിരുന്നെന്നാണ് വിവരം. 

മുൻ കേന്ദ്ര മന്ത്രി പി ചിദംബരവും മകന്‍ കാര്‍ത്തി ചിദംബരവും ഉള്‍പ്പെട്ട എയര്‍സെല്‍-മാക്‌സിസ് കേസില്‍ അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയിരുന്നതും രാജേശ്വര്‍ സിങ്ങായിരുന്നു. സിബിഐ ഡയറക്ടര്‍ അലോക് വര്‍മയുടെ അടുത്ത സുഹൃത്ത് കൂടിയായിരുന്നു രാജേശ്വര്‍ സിങ്. അലോക് വര്‍മയുടെയും ഫോണ്‍ ചോര്‍ത്തിയിരുന്നതായി റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് പുറത്തെത്തിയിരുന്നു. അലോക് വര്‍മയുടെ എതിരാളി ആയിരുന്ന രാകേഷ് അസ്താനയ്‌ക്കെതിരെ തെളിവുകള്‍ കണ്ടെത്താനും മറ്റും രാജേശ്വര്‍ സിങ് ശ്രമിച്ചിരുന്നു എന്ന ആരോപണത്തിന്റെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിലാണ് ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ഫോണും ചോര്‍ത്തലിന് വിധേയമായതെന്നാണ് വിവരം.

According to reports, the phones of senior Enforcement Directorate official Rajeshwar Singh, who investigated the 2G case, and former IAS officer V K Jain, PA of Aravind Kejriwal, were under surveillance. It has also emerged that the phones of a few army personnel and top officials of RAW and BSF were leaked.

Rajeshwar Singh's phone number, which investigated the2G case and the Aircel-Maxis case against Congress leader Chidambaram, has been leaked by his wife and sisters. Rajeshwar Singh's phones were leaked during 2017-2019. Both his phones had been leaked. The 2G case was being investigated jointly by the Enforcement Directorate and the CBI. In 2017, the court had acquitted all the accused in the case. The phone of VK Jain, Kejriwal's PA, has also been leaked. It was reported that the phones of niti aayog and a junior officer of the prime minister's office were leaked.

Rajeshwar Singh was also investigating the Aircel-Maxis case involving former Union Minister P Chidambaram and his son Karti Chidambaram. Rajeshwar Singh was also a close friend of CBI director Alok Verma. It was reported that Alok Verma had also been phoned. Rajeshwar Singh's phone was also reportedly leaked in the wake of allegations that Rajeshwar Singh had tried to find evidence and more against Rakesh Asthana, an opponent of Alok Verma.
