സർക്കാർ നയം അംഗീകരിക്കാത്ത എയിഡഡ് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് സർക്കാർ പണം നൽകേണ്ടതില്ലെന്ന് സുപ്രീംകോടതി. സർക്കാർ ശമ്പളം നൽകുമ്പോൾ സർക്കാർ നയം എയിഡഡ് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ അംഗീകരിച്ചേ മതിയാവൂ. ഭിന്നശേഷിക്കാർക്ക് എയ്ഡഡ് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ ജോലിയിൽ സംവരണം നൽകാനുള്ള സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്തതിനാണ് സുപ്രീംകോടതിയുടെ വിമർശനം.

എൻഎസ്എസും കാത്തലിക് സ്കൂൾ മാനേജുമെന്റ് കൺസോർഷ്യവുമാണ് കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചത്. ഭിന്നശേഷിക്കാർക്ക് സംവരണം ഉറപ്പാക്കിയേ പറ്റൂ. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പ്രത്യാഘാതം നേരിടേണ്ടിവരുമന്നും സുപ്രീംകോടതി മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് നല്‍കി. ഇതേതുടർന്ന് ഇരുകക്ഷികളും ഹർജി പിൻവലിച്ചു.

The Supreme Court said that the government should not give money to the aided educational institutions that do not accept the government policy. Government aided institutions need to accept government policy while paying government salaries. NSS and Catholic School Management Consortium approached the court. Reservation can be ensured for differently abled persons. The Supreme Court warned that otherwise they will have to face the consequences. Following this, both the parties withdrew the petition.
