വിജയ ദിവസത്തിൽ ഇന്ദിരയെ സർക്കാർ മറന്നു - രാഹുൽ ഗാന്ധി

ഇന്ത്യയ്ക്കായി 32 വെടിയുണ്ടകളേറ്റ് വാങ്ങി രക്തസാക്ഷിയായ ഇന്ദിരാ ഗാന്ധിയെ മറന്നാണ് മോദി സർക്കാർ 1971 യുദ്ധത്തിൻ്റെ വിജയാഘോഷം നടത്തിയതെന്ന് കോൺഗ്രസ് നേതാവ് രാഹുൽ ഗാന്ധി ആരോപിച്ചു. രാജ്യതലസ്ഥാനത്തുകേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ നടത്തിയ പരിപാടിയിലെങ്ങും ഇന്ദിരാഗാന്ധിയുടെ പേര് പരാമർശിച്ചതു പോലുമില്ലെന്ന് രാഹുൽ തുറന്നടിച്ചു. 

മോദി സർക്കാർ ഓർക്കുകയോ ബഹുമാനിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്തില്ലെന്നതു കൊണ്ട് ഇന്ദിരാ ഗാന്ധിയുടെ ജീവത്യാഗം വൃർഥമാകുമെന്ന് താൻ കരുതുന്നില്ലെന്നും ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡിൽ നിയമസഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് പ്രചാരണങ്ങൾക്കു തുടക്കം കുറിച്ച് രാഹുൽ ഗാന്ധി പറഞ്ഞു. 1971 ലെ ഇന്ത്യ - പാക്  യുദ്ധം വെറും 13 ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് രാജ്യം വിജയിച്ചത് സൈന്യത്തിൻ്റെ മാത്രം മികവ് കൊണ്ടല്ലെന്നും ജാതി മത ഭേദമന്യേ രാജ്യം ഒന്നിച്ച് നിന്നതിൻ്റെ കൂടി ഫലമാണെന്നും രാഹുൽ ഗാന്ധി പറഞ്ഞു. 1971 ലെ യുദ്ധവിജയത്തിൽ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി എന്ന നിലയിൽ നിർണായക പങ്കുവഹിച്ച ഇന്ദിരയെ മോദി സർക്കാർ മറന്നു കളഞ്ഞുവെന്ന് പ്രിയങ്ക ഗാന്ധിയും ആരോപിച്ചിരുന്നു.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has accused the Modi government of celebrating the victory of the 1971 war by buying 32 bullets for India and forgetting the martyr Indira Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi has said that Indira Gandhi's name was not even mentioned in any program organized by the Central Government in the national capital.

Rahul Gandhi has said that he does not think Indira Gandhi's death will be in vain as the Modi government has not remembered or respected her. Rahul Gandhi said that the victory of the country in the 1971 Indo-Pak war in just 13 days was not only due to the excellence of the military but also as a result of the unity of the country across caste and religion. Priyanka Gandhi also accused the Modi government of forgetting Indira, who played a pivotal role as Prime Minister in the 1971 war victory.
