അഞ്ചുസംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് നടന്ന നിയമസഭ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ നാലും നേടി ബിജെപി. കോൺഗ്രസിൻ്റെ ഉരുക്ക് കോട്ടയായ പഞ്ചാബ് പിടിച്ചടക്കി ആം ആദ്‌മി പാർട്ടി ചരിത്രം കുറിച്ചു.  ഉത്തർപ്രദേശ്, പഞ്ചാബ്, ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡ്, മണിപ്പുർ, ഗോവ എന്നീ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലെ ഫലമാണു പുറത്തുവന്നത്. ഉത്തർപ്രദേശ്, ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡ്, മണിപ്പുർ, ഗോവ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ ബിജെപി ഭരണം നിലനിർത്തി.  37  വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം ഉത്തർപ്രദേശിൽ അടുപ്പിച്ച് രണ്ട് തവണ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയാകുന്ന വ്യക്തിയാണ് യോഗി ആദിത്യനാഥ്. ഈ ചരിത്ര വിജയത്തിനിടയിലും നിലവിലെ ഉത്തർപ്രദേശ് ഉപമുഖ്യമന്ത്രി കേശവ് പ്രസാദ് മൗര്യ തോറ്റു എന്നത് വല്യ വാർത്തയാണ്. യോഗി ഗോരഖ്പുരിൽനിന്ന് ഒരുലക്ഷത്തി പരം വോട്ടുകൾക്കാണ് വിജയിച്ചത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ തവണ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന 19 സീറ്റിൽ 18ഉം നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് ബിഎസ്‌പി ഒരു സീറ്റിലൊതുങ്ങി. കഴിഞ്ഞ തവണ ആകെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന 7 സീറ്റിൽ 5ഉം നഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയശേഷം ഇപ്പോൾ ഉത്തർപ്രദേശിൽ കോൺഗ്രസിൻ്റെ ആകെ സമ്പാദ്യം 2 സീറ്റാണ്.

117ഇൽ 92 സീറ്റും പിടിച്ചെടുത്ത് ആം ആദ്‌മി പാർട്ടി പുതു ചരിത്രം കുറിച്ചപ്പോൾ പഞ്ചാബിൽ ഇല്ലാണ്ടായത് കോൺഗ്രസ്സാണ്. വമ്പന്മാരെല്ലാം തോൽവി അറിഞ്ഞു എന്നതും പുതു ചരിത്രമായി. മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ചരൺജിത് സിങ് ഛന്നി മത്സരിച്ച രണ്ടു മണ്ഡലങ്ങളിലും തോറ്റു. കോൺഗ്രസുമായി പിണങ്ങി ബിജെപി പാളയത്തിൽ ചേക്കേറിയ അമരീന്ദർ സിങ് പട്യാലയിൽ നാലാം സ്ഥാനത്തേക്ക് പിന്തള്ളപ്പെട്ടു. അമൃത്സർ ഈസ്റ്റിൽ പിസിസി അധ്യക്ഷൻ നവ്ജ്യോത് സിങ് സിദ്ധുവും തോൽവി അറിഞ്ഞു. ശിരോമണി അകാലിദൾ നേതാവും മുൻ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുമായ പ്രകാശ് സിങ് ബാദൽ, പാർട്ടി അധ്യക്ഷൻ സുഖ്ബീർ സിങ് എന്നിവയും ബാദൽ ആം ആദ്‌മി കുത്തൊഴുക്കിൽ കടപുഴകി വീണു. 

ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡിലും ബിജെപിക്കാണു വിജയം. 70 മണ്ഡലങ്ങളിൽ  47  സീറ്റുകളിൽ ബിജെപി വിജയിച്ചപ്പോൾ 19  സീറ്റിലാണു കോൺഗ്രസ്സിന് വിജയിക്കാനായത്. ഇത്തവണ ബിജെപിക്ക് 9 സീറ്റ് കുറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ കോൺഗ്രസിന് 7 സീറ്റ് കൂടി. ബിഎസ്പി രണ്ടു സീറ്റുകൾ നേടി.

മണിപ്പുരിൽ ആകെയുള്ള 60 സീറ്റുകളിൽ 32 സീറ്റ് നേടി ബിജെപി കേവല ഭൂരിപക്ഷം ഉറപ്പിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഇത്തവണ കൂടിയത് 11 സീറ്റുകളാണ്. കഴിഞ്ഞ തവണത്തേക്കാൾ 23 സീറ്റ് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട കോൺഗ്രസിൻ്റെ സമ്പാദ്യം 5 സീറ്റിൽ ഒതുങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ, അവരെ മറികടന്ന് എൻ പി പി 7 സീറ്റുകൾ നേടി. ജെഡിയു ആറിടത്തും മറ്റുള്ളവർ 10 സീറ്റിലും ജയിച്ചു.

ഗോവയിലും സ്ഥിതി മറിച്ചല്ല, ആകെയുള്ള 40 സീറ്റുകളിൽ 20  സീറ്റുകൾ നേടി ബിജെപി മുന്നിലെത്തിയെങ്കിലും 21 എന്ന കേവലഭൂരിപക്ഷം കടക്കാനായില്ല. ഇത്തവണ ബിജെപിക്ക് ഗോവയിൽ കൂടിയത് 6 സീറ്റുകളാണ്. കഴിഞ്ഞ തവണ കയ്യിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന 20 സീറ്റിൽ  9 എണ്ണം നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട കോൺഗ്രസിന് ഇത്തവണ  കിട്ടിയത് 11 സീറ്റുകൾ മാത്രം. ഇത്തവണ ഗോവയിൽ അക്കൗണ്ട് തുറന്ന എഎപിക്ക് 3 സീറ്റ് കിട്ടി. ഗോവ നിയമസഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിലെ ഏറ്റവും ശ്രദ്ധേയ മണ്ഡലങ്ങളിലൊന്നായിരുന്ന പനജിയിൽ ബിജെപി മുൻ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി മനോഹർ പരീക്കറിൻ്റെ മകൻ ഉത്പൽ പരീക്കർ പൊരുതിത്തോറ്റു. ബിജെപി സ്ഥാനാർഥി അതനാസിയോ ബാബുഷ് മൊൺസെരാറ്റയോട് 716 വോട്ടിനാണ് ഉത്പൽ പരീക്കർ പരാജയപ്പെട്ടത്. 

The BJP has won four of the five assembly elections in five states. The Aam Aadmi Party made history by capturing Punjab, the steel fort of the Congress. The results were released in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Manipur and Goa. The BJP retained power in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur and Goa. Yogi Adityanath is the second consecutive Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh after 37 years. Despite this historic victory, the defeat of the current Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya is big news. Yogi won from Gorakhpur by over one lakh votes. The BSP lost 18 of the 19 seats it won last time and was reduced to one seat. After losing 5 of the 7 seats last time, the Congress now has 2 seats in Uttar Pradesh.

When the Aam Aadmi Party made history by capturing 92 out of 117 seats, it was the Congress that disappeared in Punjab. The fact that all the giants knew defeat was also new history. Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi lost in both the constituencies. Amarinder Singh, who defected to the BJP after defeating the Congress, was relegated to fourth position in Patiala. In Amritsar East, PCC president Navjot Singh Sidhu also lost. Shiromani Akali Dal leader and former chief minister Prakash Singh Badal and party president Sukhbir Singh were among those killed in the Badal Aam Aadmi Party floods.

The BJP also won in Uttarakhand. The BJP won 47 of the 70 constituencies, while the Congress won 19 seats. This time the BJP lost 9 seats while the Congress got 7 more. The BSP won two seats.

In Manipur, the BJP secured an absolute majority of 32 out of 60 seats, this time a maximum of 11 seats. While the Congress, which lost 23 seats last time out, was reduced to 5 seats, the NPP won 7 seats, surpassing them. The JDU won six seats and the others 10 seats.

In Goa, too, the BJP won 20 of the 40 seats, but failed to get a simple majority of 21. This time the BJP has a maximum of 6 seats in Goa. The Congress, which lost 9 of the 20 seats it won last time, got only 11 seats this time. This time in Goa, AAP opened an account and got 3 seats. Utpal Parrikar, son of former BJP chief minister Manohar Parrikar, lost in Panaji, one of the most notable constituencies in the Goa Assembly elections. Utpal Parrikar lost to BJP candidate Athanasio Babush Montserrat by 716 votes.
