100 ലക്ഷം കോടിയുടെ ഗതി ശക്തി പദ്ധതിയുമായി പ്രധാന മന്ത്രി

ഇന്ത്യയുടെ 75 ആം സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യ ദിനത്തിൽ വികസന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്കായി 100 ലക്ഷം കോടിയുടെ "ഗതി ശക്തി" പദ്ധതി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ച് പ്രധാന മന്ത്രി. രാജ്യം ഇപ്പോൾ വികസനത്തിൻ്റെ നിര്‍ണായക ഘട്ടത്തിലെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി ചെങ്കോട്ടയിൽ രാജ്യത്തെ അഭിസംബോധനചെയ്ത് പറഞ്ഞു. അടുത്തതലമുറ അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യ വികസനം, ലോകോത്തര നിര്‍മാണങ്ങള്‍, പുതുതലമുറ ടെക്‌നോളജി എന്നിവയ്ക്കായി നമ്മള്‍ ഒന്നിച്ച് പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാണ് 100 ലക്ഷം കോടിയുടെ "പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ഗതി ശക്തി ദേശിയ മാസ്റ്റർ പ്ലാൻ" പദ്ധതി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി പ്രഘ്യാപിച്ചത്. ഈ പദ്ധതി, അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് സമഗ്രമായ  അടിത്തറയിടുകയും നമ്മുടെ സമ്പദ് വ്യവസ്ഥയിലേക്ക് ഒരു സംയോജിത പാത തുറക്കുകായും ചെയ്യുമെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യദിന പ്രസംഗത്തില്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. അടുത്ത 25 വർഷത്തിനുള്ളിൽ രാജ്യത്തെ സമ്പൂർണ  വികസനത്തിലേക്ക് എത്തിക്കുമെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.  ഇതോടൊപ്പം, ദേശിയ ഹൈഡ്രജൻ മിഷനും പ്രധാനമത്രി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. ഈ പദ്ധതി പ്രകാരം, ലോകത്തെ തന്നെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ പ്രകൃതിദത്ത ഹൈഡ്രജൻ ഉത്പാദക രാജ്യമയും ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഹൈഡ്രജൻ കയറ്റുമതി രാജ്യമായും ഇന്ത്യയെ മാറ്റുകയാണ് ലക്ഷ്യമെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.  

വരും വര്‍ഷങ്ങളില്‍ രാജ്യത്തെ ചെറുകിട കര്‍ഷകരുടെ കൂട്ടായ ശക്തി വര്‍ദ്ധിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. നമ്മള്‍ അവര്‍ക്ക് പുതിയ സൗകര്യങ്ങള്‍ നല്‍കണം. അവര്‍ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ അഭിമാനമായി മാറണം. 'ഛോട്ട കിസാന്‍ ബനേ ദേശ് കി ഷാന്‍' (ചെറുകിട കര്‍ഷകര്‍ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ അഭിമാനമായി മാറട്ടെ) എന്നതാണ് നമ്മുടെ മന്ത്രം. ഇത് നമ്മുടെ സ്വപ്നമാണ്. രാജ്യത്തെ 70ല്‍ അധികം റൂട്ടുകളില്‍ 'കിസാന്‍ റെയില്‍' ഓടുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. സിറോ കാർബൺ എമിഷൻ എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെ ഇന്ത്യൻ റയിൽവേ 100% വൈധ്യുത്തീകരിക്കുന്ന പ്രവർത്തികൾ വളരെ വേഗത്തിൽ മുന്നോട്ട് പോവുകയാണെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. 

നമ്മുടെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങള്‍ അതിവേഗം മാറുന്നത് ഇന്ന് നാം കാണുന്നുവെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. കഴിഞ്ഞ കുറച്ച് വര്‍ഷങ്ങളായി റോഡ്, വൈദ്യുതി തുടങ്ങിയ സൗകര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളില്‍ എത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇന്ന്, ഒപ്റ്റിക്കല്‍ ഫൈബര്‍ നെറ്റ്വര്‍ക്ക് ഗ്രാമങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഡാറ്റയുടെ ശക്തി നല്‍കുന്നു, ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് അവിടെ എത്തുന്നു. ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലും ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ സംരംഭകര്‍ തയ്യാറെടുക്കുന്നുവെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.

Narendra Modi has launched the 100 lakh crore "Prime Minister GatiShakti National Master Plan" project to demand that we work together for next generation infrastructure development, world class construction and new generation technology. The Prime Minister said in his Independence Day address that the project will lay a comprehensive foundation for infrastructure and open an integrated path to our economy. The Prime Minister said that the country will be brought to full development in the next 25 years. Along with this, the National Hydrogen Mission also announced the PMO. Under this scheme, the Prime Minister said that the aim is to transform India into the world's largest green hydrogen producer and the largest hydrogen exporter.

We need to increase the collective strength of small farmers in the country in the coming years. We have to give them new facilities. They must become the pride of the country. Our mantra is 'Chhota Kisan Bane Desh Ki Shan' (Let small farmers become the pride of the nation). This is our dream. He said kisan rail is running on more than 70 routes in the country. The Prime Minister said that with the aim of zero carbon emission, Indian railways is moving forward at a very fast pace.

The Prime Minister said that today we are seeing our villages changing rapidly. In the last few years, facilities like roads and electricity have reached the villages. Today, the optical fiber network gives villages the power of data, and the Internet reaches there. He noted that digital entrepreneurs are also preparing in villages.
