കേരളം നിക്ഷേപ സൗഹൃദം, ഇനിയും നിക്ഷേപിക്കും - എം എ യൂസഫലി

കേരളം നിക്ഷേപസൗഹൃദ സംസ്​ഥാനമാണെന്ന് ലുലു ഗ്രൂപ്​ സി എം.ഡി എം എ യൂസഫലി. ഓരോ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെയും സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ വ്യത്യസ്തമാണ്. താൻ ലോകത്തിന്റെ പല ഭാഗങ്ങളിലും സംരംഭങ്ങൾ ആരംഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്​, എന്നാൽ ജനിച്ചു​വളർന്ന നാട്ടിൽ സംരംഭം ആരംഭിക്കുമ്പോൾ  പ്രത്യേക സന്തോഷമാണ്​. കൊച്ചിയിൽ ലുലുമാൾ ആരംഭിച്ചപ്പോൾ നഷ്​ടത്തിലാകുമെന്ന്​ പലരും പറഞ്ഞു. എന്നാൽ അത്​ ജനങ്ങൾ ഏറ്റെടുത്തതോടെ  വിജയമായി. അതിനാൽ കേരളം നിക്ഷേപ സൗഹൃദമല്ലെന്ന്​ പറയാൻ കഴിയില്ല. അത്​ പുതിയ തലമുറ​യോട്​ കാണിക്കുന്ന നീതികേടാണ്​. വലിയ കഴിവുള്ള പുതുതലമുറയാണ്​ നമ്മുടേത്​. അവർക്ക്​ ജോലി നൽകേണ്ടത്​ സർക്കാറി​ൻ്റെ മാത്രം ബാധ്യത മാത്രമല്ല. ഡിസംബർ 16ന് ഉത്‌ഘാടനം നടക്കുന്ന തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ ​ലുലുമാളിൽ 15,000ത്തോളം പേർക്ക്​ തൊഴിൽ ലഭിക്കും. ഓരോ സംസ്​ഥാനത്തും വ്യവസായം ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതിന്​ അതിൻ്റെതായ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളുണ്ട്​. അത് പലതരം കേന്ദ്ര, സംസ്​ഥാന നിയമങ്ങളെ അടിസ്​ഥാനപ്പെടുത്തിയേ സാധിക്കൂ. പ്രശ്​നങ്ങളുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവയൊക്കെ പരിഹരിച്ച്​ ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ നിയമങ്ങളിൽ മാറ്റംവരുത്തി മുന്നോട്ടുപോകണം.

 കൊച്ചിയിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തും സംരംഭം ആരംഭിക്കാൻ കേന്ദ്ര, സംസ്​ഥാന സർക്കാറുകളുടെ പിന്തുണ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്​. തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത്​ ഇലക്​ട്രോണിക്​ ഉത്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ അസംബ്ലിങ്​ യൂനിറ്റ്​ മാർച്ചിൽ ആരംഭിക്കും. കൊച്ചിയിൽ മൽസ്യ കയറ്റുമതി ലക്ഷ്യം​വെച്ച്​ മത്സ്യ സംസ്കരണ​ യൂനിറ്റും ആരംഭിച്ചു. കോഴിക്കോടെയും കോട്ടയത്തെയും ഷോപ്പിംഗ് മാളുകൾ മാസങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളിൽ പൂർത്തിയാകും. മറ്റ്​ സംസ്​ഥാനങ്ങളിലും പുതിയ പദ്ധതികൾ ആരംഭിക്കാൻ നടപടികൾ പുരോഗമിക്കുകയാണെന്നും എം എ യൂസഫലി പറഞ്ഞു.

But it was successful when it was taken over by the people. Therefore, it cannot be said that Kerala is not investor friendly. It is an injustice to the new generation. We have a new generation of great talent. It is not only the responsibility of the government to provide employment for them. The Lulu Mall in Thiruvananthapuram, which will be inaugurated on December 16, will provide employment to about 15,000 people. Each state has its own set of problems for starting a business. It can only be done on the basis of various central and state laws. If there are problems, they should be resolved and if necessary, the rules should be changed and move forward.

 Central and State Governments have given their support to start ventures in Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram. The assembly unit for electronic products in Thiruvananthapuram will start in March. A fish processing unit has been set up at Kochi for the purpose of exporting fish. Shopping malls in Kozhikode and Kottayam will be completed within months. Yusufali said steps were being taken to launch new projects in other states as well.
