യുക്രെയ്ൻ - ബൈഡൻ വീണ്ടും സൈനികരെ അയച്ചു. യൂറോപ്പിൽ പടയൊരുക്കം

യൂറോപ്പിലേക്ക് കൂടുതൽ സൈന്യത്തെ അയയ്ക്കാൻ യുഎസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ജോ ബൈഡൻ്റെ തീരുമാനം.  ജർമനി, പോളണ്ട് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലേക്കാണ് 2,000 സൈനികരെക്കൂടി അയയ്ക്കാൻ തീരുമാനമായത്. ജർമനിയിലുള്ള 1,000 സൈനികരെ റൊമേനിയയിലേക്ക് അയയ്ക്കും. കൂടാതെ ഏതു നിമിഷവും യൂറോപ്പിലേക്ക് യാത്ര തിരിക്കാൻ പാകത്തിൽ 8,500 സൈനികരെ ആണ് സജ്ജരാക്കി നിർത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. നാറ്റോ സഖ്യത്തെ ബാധിക്കുന്ന ഏതുകാര്യവും യുഎസിനെയും ബാധിക്കുന്നതാണെന്നും, അതിനാലാണ് സൈന്യത്തെ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതെന്നും, ഇത് റഷ്യയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് നൽകാനാണെന്നും പെന്റഗൺ വക്താവ് ജോൺ കിർബി പറഞ്ഞു. യുഎസ് സൈനികരെ വിന്യസിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് ഏറ്റുമുട്ടലിനല്ലെന്നും  യുഎസിൻ്റെ സഖ്യകക്ഷികൾക്ക് സുരക്ഷ നൽകാനാണെന്നും പെന്റഗൺ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

യുക്രെയ്നിൽ അധിനിവേശം നടത്താൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നില്ലെന്ന് റഷ്യ ആവർത്തിച്ചു പറയുമ്പോഴും ഒരു ലക്ഷം സൈനികരെയാണ് റഷ്യ യുക്രെയ്ൻ അതിർത്തിയിൽ വിന്യസിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. യുഎസിൻ്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള നാറ്റോ സഖ്യത്തിനൊപ്പം യുക്രെയ്ൻ ചേരുന്നതിനെ റഷ്യ ശക്തമായി എതിർക്കുകയാണ്. സമാധാനം നിലനിർത്താൻ യുക്രെയ്ൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നില്ലെന്നും റഷ്യ കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തി. ബുധനാഴ്ച റഷ്യൻ പ്രസിഡൻ്റ്  വ്ലാഡിമിർ പുടിനും യുകെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ബോറിസ് ജോൺസനും ഫോണിൽ സംസാരിച്ചു. റഷ്യ യുക്രെയ്നിനെ പോയിൻ്റ് ബ്ലാങ്കിൽ നിർത്തിയിരിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് ബോറിസ് ജോൺസൻ നേരത്തെ ആരോപിച്ചിരുന്നു. 

യുക്രെയ്നിൽ അധിനിവേശം നടത്തിയാൽ റഷ്യയ്ക്ക് ഉപരോധം ഏർപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത് അടക്കമുള്ള നടപടികളിലേക്കു കടക്കുമെന്നു യുഎസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ജോ ബൈഡൻ നേരത്തെ വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിരുന്നു. ഇതിനിടെയാണ് യു എസ് കൂടുതൽ സൈന്യത്തെ യൂറോപ്പിലേക്ക് അയക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ ഇരു രാജ്യങ്ങൾക്കുമിടയിലെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ രമ്യമായി പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നീക്കങ്ങളും ശക്തമായി തന്നെ നടക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.

Russia has repeatedly said it does not intend to invade Ukraine, but has deployed more than 100,000 troops along its border with Ukraine. Russia has strongly opposed Ukraine's joining the US - led NATO alliance. Russia has accused Ukraine of failing to maintain peace. On Wednesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin and UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson spoke on the phone. Boris Johnson had earlier accused Russia of keeping Ukraine at Point Blank.

Earlier, US President Joe Biden said that Russia would take steps to impose sanctions on Russia if it invaded Ukraine. Meanwhile, the U.S. is sending more troops to Europe. But efforts are being made to resolve the issues between the two countries amicably.
