യുക്രൈൻ വിഷയത്തിൽ ചര്‍ച്ചകളിലൂടെ മാത്രമേ പരിഹാരം കാണാനാകു പുട്ടിനോട് മോദി

ഇന്ത്യൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി യുക്രൈൻ വിഷയത്തിൽ റഷ്യന്‍ പ്രസിഡൻ്റ് വ്‌ളാദ്മിര്‍ പൂട്ടിനുമായി സംസാരിച്ചു. യുക്രൈനുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സൈനിക നടപടിയെ കുറിച്ച് പുതിന്‍ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി മോദിയോട് വിശദീകരിച്ചു. റഷ്യയ്ക്ക് നാറ്റോയുമായുള്ള അഭിപ്രായ വ്യത്യാസങ്ങള്‍ സത്യസന്ധതയോടെയും ആത്മാര്‍ത്ഥതയോടെയുമുള്ള സംഭാഷണങ്ങളിലൂടെ മാത്രമേ പരിഹരിക്കാനാകൂവെന്ന് മോദി പുതിനെ ധരിപ്പിച്ചുവെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുടെ ഓഫീസ് വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

യുക്രൈനിലെ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ പൗരന്‍മാരുടെ പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികളുടെ സുരക്ഷ സംബന്ധിച്ച ആശങ്കകളും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പങ്കുവെച്ചു. അവരെ സുരക്ഷിതമായി ഇന്ത്യയിലേക്ക് മടക്കി കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നതിനാണ് ഇന്ത്യ ഇപ്പോൾ മുന്‍ഗണന നല്‍കുന്നുവെന്നും മോദി പുതിനെ അറിയിച്ചു. ടെലിഫോണിലൂടെയാണ് ഇരുനേതാക്കളും ചര്‍ച്ച നടത്തിയത്.

According to the Prime Minister's Office, Modi has reassured Russia that differences with NATO can only be resolved through honest and sincere dialogue.

The Prime Minister also shared concerns about the safety of Indian citizens in Ukraine, especially students. Modi told Putin that India was now choosing to bring them back safely to India. The two leaders discussed the issue over the phone.
