പുതിയ കോവിഡ് പരിശോധന രീതിയുമായി സർക്കാർ. ആര്‍ ടി പി സി ആര്‍ കൂട്ടും - വീണ ജോർജ്

സംസ്ഥാനത്ത്  വാക്സിനെടുക്കാന്‍ അര്‍ഹരായ ജനസംഖ്യയുടെ 71 ശതമാനത്തിലധികം പേര്‍ ആദ്യ ഡോസ് വാക്സിന്‍ സ്വീകരിച്ച പശ്ചാത്തലത്തില്‍ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ കോവിഡ് നിർണയ പരിശോധനാ രീതി പുതുക്കിയതായി ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി വീണാ ജോര്‍ജ് അറിയിച്ചു. 

ജില്ലകളിലെ വാക്സിനേഷന്‍ നില അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കി പാലിക്കേണ്ട ഗൈഡ് ലൈനും പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. സമൂഹത്തിലെ രോഗവ്യാപനത്തിൻ്റെ കൃത്യമായ അളവ് അറിയുന്നതിന് കൂടുതല്‍ പേരെ പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ്. സെന്റിനല്‍, റാൻഡം സാമ്പിളുകളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കി എല്ലാ ജില്ലകളും പരിശോധനകള്‍ നടത്തി കോവിഡ് സാഹചര്യം വിലയിരുത്തുന്നതാണ്. എല്ലാ ജില്ലകളും റാൻഡം സാമ്പിളുകള്‍ എടുത്ത് രോഗ ബാധകളുടെ പുതിയ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളും ക്ലസ്റ്ററുകളും വിലയിരുത്തുന്നതാണെന്നും മന്ത്രി വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

80 ശതമാനത്തിന് മുകളില്‍ ആദ്യ ഡോസ് വാക്സിന്‍ എടുത്ത ജില്ലകളില്‍ നേരിയ തൊണ്ടവേദന, ചുമ, വയറിളക്കം തുടങ്ങിയ എല്ലാ രോഗലക്ഷണങ്ങളുള്ള വ്യക്തികള്‍ക്കും ആര്‍ ടി പി സി ആര്‍ പരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതാണ്. ഈ സ്ഥലത്ത് സെന്റിനല്‍ സര്‍വയലന്‍സിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ആന്റിജന്‍ പരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതാണ്. കടകള്‍, മാളുകള്‍, ഓഫീസുകള്‍, സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍, ട്രാന്‍സിറ്റ് സൈറ്റുകള്‍ തുടങ്ങിയ ഉയര്‍ന്ന സാമൂഹിക സമ്പര്‍ക്കം ഉള്ള ആളുകള്‍ക്കിടയിലാണ് ഈ പരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നത്.

 ജില്ലയിലെ രോഗത്തിന്റെ സ്ഥിതി വിലയിരുത്താനുള്ള റാൻഡം പരിശോധനയ്ക്കും ആന്റിജന്‍ മതിയാകും. 80 ശതമാനത്തിന് മുകളില്‍ ആദ്യ ഡോസ് വാക്സിന്‍ എടുത്ത തദ്ദേശ സ്ഥാപന പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലും ഈ രീതി പിന്തുടരുന്നതാണ്. 80 ശതമാനത്തിന് താഴെ ആദ്യ ഡോസ് വാക്സിന്‍ നല്‍കിയ തദ്ദേശ സ്ഥാപന പ്രദേശങ്ങളില്‍ പഴയ രീതി തുടരുന്നതാണ്. രണ്ട് ഡോസ് വാക്സിന്‍ എടുത്ത് രണ്ടാഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞവര്‍ക്ക് രോഗലക്ഷണമില്ലെങ്കില്‍ റാൻഡം പരിശോധനയില്‍ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നതാണ്. രോഗം സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ച് രണ്ട് മാസത്തിനകം ഉള്ളവരേയും ഇതില്‍ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ശേഖരിക്കുന്ന സാമ്പിളുകള്‍ കാലതാമസം കൂടാതെ ലാബുകളിലയച്ച് പരിശോധിച്ച് പോസിറ്റീവും നെഗറ്റീവുമായ ഫലങ്ങള്‍ എത്രയും വേഗം അപ് ലോഡ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. ഇതിന് വിരുദ്ധമായി ചെയ്യുന്ന ലാബുകള്‍ക്കെതിരെ കര്‍ശന നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കും. ജില്ലാ ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ ആന്റിജന്‍, ആര്‍ ടി പി സി ആര്‍ ടെസ്റ്റ് കിറ്റുകളുടെ ഗുണനിലവാര പരിശോധന നടത്തി നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണെന്നും ആരോഗ്യ മന്ത്രി അറിയിച്ചു.

Health Minister Veena George said the state's covid assessment testing system has been revised in the wake of more than 71 per cent of the population eligible for vaccine in the state receiving the first dose vaccine.

A guideline has also been issued to be followed based on the vaccination status in the districts. More people will be examined to know the exact extent of the spread of the disease in society. All districts will conduct tests based on sentinel and random samples to assess the covid situation. The Minister said that all districts will take random samples and assess new centres and clusters of disease scares.

RTPCR will be tested for individuals with all symptoms such as mild sore throat, cough and diarrhea in districts where the first dose of vaccine has been administered above 80%. Antigen testing will be done as part of sentinel surveillance at this place. The inspection is being conducted among people with high social contact such as shops, malls, offices, institutions and transit sites.

Antigen is also sufficient for random testing to assess the condition of the disease in the district. This method is also followed in local body areas where the first dose vaccine was administered above 80%. The old system will continue in local bodies where less than 80% of the first dose vaccine has been given. Those who have had two doses of vaccine and have two weeks to go will be exempted from random testing if they are not symptomatic. Those within two months of confirmation of the disease will also be excluded.

The samples collected should be sent to labs without delay and positive and negative results should be uploaded as soon as possible. Strict action will be taken against labs that do the opposite. The Health Minister also informed that district health department officials are taking action by conducting quality check of antigen and RTPCR test kits.
