വന്‍കിട ഉപഭോക്താക്കള്‍ക്കുള്ള ഡീസല്‍വില 27 രൂപ വര്‍ധിപ്പിച്ചു. കെ എസ് ആർ ടി സിക്ക് വൻ തിരിച്ചടി

കെ എസ് ആർ ടി സി അടക്കമുള്ള വന്‍കിട ഉപഭോക്താക്കളുടെ ഇന്ധന വില എണ്ണക്കമ്പനികള്‍ ഗണ്യമായി വര്‍ധിപ്പിച്ചു. കഴിഞ്ഞ ആഴ്ച വർധിപ്പിച്ച 4 രൂപയ്ക്ക് പുറമെയാണ്  ലിറ്ററിന് 27 രൂപയാണ് ഇന്നലെ എണ്ണകമ്പനികൾ  വര്‍ധിപ്പിച്ചത്. ഇതോടെ കെ എസ് ആര്‍ ടി സി വാങ്ങുന്ന ഒരു ലിറ്റര്‍ ഡീസലിന് വില 126 രൂപയാകും. ഈ വിലവര്‍ധന കെ എസ് ആര്‍ ടി സിയെ വലിയ പ്രതിസന്ധിയിലേക്ക് തള്ളിവിടുമെന്നാണ്  റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്. ദിവസേന   രണ്ടര ലക്ഷം ലിറ്റര്‍ ഡീസല്‍ കെ എസ് ആർ ടി സിക്ക് ആവശ്യമുണ്ട്. വില വര്‍ധന പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ വന്നതോടെ ദിവസവും 89 ലക്ഷം രൂപയുടെ അധിക ബാധ്യത കെ എസ് ആർ ടി സിക്ക് ഉണ്ടാവും. ഒരു മാസത്തെ അധിക ബാധ്യത 26 കോടി രൂപയാകും. ഇത് വലിയ പ്രതിസന്ധിയാണ് കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസിക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കുക.

വന്‍കിട ഉപഭോക്താക്കള്‍ക്കുള്ള ഇന്ധന വില നാല് രൂപ വര്‍ധിപ്പിച്ചതിനെതിരേ കെ എസ് ആർ ടി സി സുപ്രീം കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതിനു പിന്നാലെയാണ് ഇപ്പോള്‍ വലിയ തുക വര്‍ധിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. കെ എസ് ആർ ടി സിക്ക് ഒരുവിധത്തിലും മുന്നോട്ടുപോകാന്‍ സാധിക്കാത്ത സ്ഥിതിയാണ് വിലവര്‍ധനയിലൂടെ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് ഗതാഗത മന്ത്രി ആൻ്റണി രാജു പറഞ്ഞു. ഇപ്പോള്‍ത്തന്നെ ഭീമമായ നഷ്ടത്തിൽ സർവീസ് നടത്തുന്നതിനിടയിലാണ് വീണ്ടും വിലവര്‍ധന ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. വിലവർധനവിനെതിരേ ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍ ഹർജി ഫയല്‍ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് ആലോചിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.

Oil companies have significantly increased the fuel prices of large consumers, including KSRTC. Oil companies yesterday hiked prices by Rs 27 per liter in addition to last week's hike of Rs 4. With this, the price of a liter of diesel bought by KSRTC will be Rs 126. It is reported that this price hike will push KSRTC into a big crisis. KSRTC needs 2.5 lakh liters of diesel daily. With the effect of the price hike, KSRTC will incur an additional liability of `89 lakh per day. The additional liability for one month will be `26 crore. This will create a huge crisis for KSRTC.

The huge hike comes after KSRTC approached the Supreme Court against a Rs 4 hike in fuel prices for large consumers. Transport Minister Antony Raju said the hike was due to the inability of KSRTC to move forward. He also pointed out that the price hike has come again while the service is already operating at a huge loss. The minister said he was considering filing a petition in the high court against the price hike.
