കെ എസ് ആർ ടി സി- സ്വിഫ്റ്റിൻ്റെ പുതിയ സർവ്വീസ്സുകൾക്ക് തിങ്കളാഴ്ച തുടക്കം കുറിക്കും. വൈകുന്നേരം 5.30 മുതൽ തമ്പാനൂർ  കെ എസ് ആർ ടി സി സെൻട്രൽ ഡിപ്പോയിൽ നടക്കുന്ന ഉൽഘാടന ചടങ്ങിൽ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പിണറായി വിജയൻ പുതിയ സർവീസുകൾ ഫ്ലാ​ഗ് ഓഫ് ചെയ്യും. ​ഗതാ​ഗത വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി ആന്റണി രാജു അധ്യക്ഷത വഹിക്കുന്ന ചടങ്ങിൽ തദ്ദേശ സ്വയം ഭരണ, ​ഗ്രാമവികസന വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി എം വി ​ഗോവിന്ദൻ മാസ്റ്റർ ​ഗ്രാമവണ്ടി ​ഗൈഡ് ബുക്ക് പ്രകാശനം ചെയ്യും.

ഓൺലൈൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് റിസർവേഷന്‍ www.online.keralartc.com എന്ന വെബ്സൈറ്റ് വഴിയും Ente KSRTC (എന്റെ കെഎസ്ആർടിസി) എന്ന mobile app വഴിയും ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്. കെ.എസ്.ആർ.ടി.സി - സ്വിഫ്റ്റ് ബസ്സുകളുടെ നിറത്തോട് യോജിക്കുന്ന ഇളം ഓറഞ്ച് നിറമുള്ള ഷർട്ടും കറുത്ത നിറത്തിലുള്ള പാൻ്റുമാണ് യൂണിഫോമായി ബസിലെ ഡ്രൈവർ കം കണ്ടക്ടർ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് നൽകുക. ഇതിൽ ബസ് ഡ്രൈവ് ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്ക് പി - ക്യാപ്പുണ്ടാവും. ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് നെയിം ബോർഡിനൊപ്പം, കെ.എസ്.ആർ.ടി.സി - സ്വിഫ്റ്റിൻ്റെയും യൂണിഫോം സ്പോൺസർടെയും ലോ​ഗോയും ഉണ്ടാവും.

കണിയാപുരത്ത് നിന്നും തിരുവനന്തപുരം- നാ​ഗർകോവിൽ വഴി ബാ​ഗ്ലൂരിലേക്ക് പരീക്ഷണാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ  കെ എസ് ആർ ടി സി -  സ്വിഫ്റ്റ് സർവ്വീസ് ആരംഭിക്കും. നിലവിൽ തിരുവനന്തപുത്ത് നിന്നും പാലക്കാട്, സേലം വഴി ബാ​ഗ്ലൂരിൽ എത്തുന്നതിനേക്കാൽ നാല് മണിയ്ക്കൂറോളം സമയ ലാഭം നാ​ഗർകോവിൽ വഴിയുള്ള സർവ്വീസിന് ലഭിക്കും. യാത്രക്കാരുടെ ലഭ്യത അനുസരിച്ച് സർവീസ് തുടരും.

കെ എസ് ആർ ടി സി- സ്വിഫ്റ്റിൻ്റെ ആദ്യ എസി സ്ലീപ്പർ വോൾവോ ബസ് എത്തി

The new services of KSRTC-Swift will start on Monday. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will flag off the new services at the inaugural function to be held at Thampanoor KSRTC Central Depot from 5.30 pm. Minister for Local Self Government and Rural Development MV Govindan will release the Master Gramavandi Guidebook at a function presided over by Transport Minister Antony Raju.

Minister of Education Sivankutty will launch the KSRTC-Swift website and Minister for Civil Supplies GR Anil will distribute prizes to those who have made the first reservation for the KSRTC-Swift bus. Dr Shashi Tharoor MP and Mayor Arya Rajendran will be the chief guests.

Online ticket reservation can be done through the website www.online.keralartc.com and through the mobile app Ente KSRTC (My KSRTC). KSRTC - The driver cum conductor of the bus in uniform will be provided with a light orange shirt and black pants that match the color of the Swift buses. This will have a P-cap for bus drivers. Employees will have the name board, KSRTC - Swift, uniform sponsor and low go.

The KSRTC-Swift service from Kaniyapuram to Bangalore via Thiruvananthapuram-Nagercoil will be started on a trial basis. Currently, the service via Nagercoil saves about four hours from Thiruvananthapuram to Bagalur via Palakkad and Salem. The service will continue depending on the availability of passengers.
