20,000 കോടിയുടെ കോവിഡ് പാക്കേജ്; 8900 കോടി നേരിട്ട് ജനങ്ങളില്‍ എത്തിക്കും - കേരളാ ബഡ്ജറ്റ് 2021
കോവിഡിനെ നേരിടാന്‍ 20,000 കോടിയുടെ കോവിഡ് പാക്കേജ്; 8900 കോടി നേരിട്ട് ജനങ്ങളില്‍ എത്തിക്കും. കോവിഡ് സൃഷ്ടിച്ച വെല്ലുവിളി നേരിടുന്നതിനായി 20,000 കോടിയുടെ രണ്ടാം കോവിഡ് പാക്കേജ് ധനമന്ത്രി കെ.എന്‍ ബാലഗോപാല്‍ ബജറ്റില്‍ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.
- ആരോഗ്യ അടിയന്തരാവസ്ഥ നേരിടുന്നതിന് 2800 കോടി രൂപയും ഉപജീവനം പ്രതിസന്ധിയിലായവര്‍ക്ക് നേരിട്ട് പണം കൈയിലെത്തിക്കുന്നതിനായി 8900 കോടി രൂപയും സാമ്പത്തിക പുനരുജ്ജീവനത്തിനായി വിവിധ ലോണുകള്‍, പലിശ, സബ്സിഡി എന്നിവയ്ക്കായി 8300 കോടിയും ഈ പാക്കേജിലൂടെ ലഭ്യമാക്കും.
- ഉത്തേജനത്തിന് പുതിയ വായ്പാ പദ്ധതികള്‍
- കാര്‍ഷിക മേഖലയ്ക്ക് 2000 കോടിയുടെ വായ്പ
- പ്രാഥമിക സഹകണ സംഘങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് 2000 കോടി വകയിരുത്തി
- 4 ശതമാനം പലിശ നിരക്കില്‍ പ്രാഥമിക സഹകരണ സംഘങ്ങള്‍ വഴി വായ്പ നല്‍കും
- 4 ശതമാനം പലിശയ്ക്ക് 5 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെ നല്‍കും
- കുടുംബശ്രീ അയല്‍ക്കൂട്ടങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി 1000 കോടിയുടെ വായ്പ
- കുടുംബശ്രീക്ക് കോവിഡ് പാക്കേജായി 100 കോടി രൂപ
- തീരസംരക്ഷണത്തിന് 1500 കോടിയുടെ പദ്ധതി
- കടല്‍ഭിത്തി നിര്‍മാണത്തിന് 5300 കോടി
- റബര്‍ സബ്സിഡി കുടിശ്ശിക കൊടുത്തുതീര്‍ക്കും. ഇതിനായി 50 കോടി വകയിരുത്തി
- തീരദേശ ഹൈവേ സമയബന്ധിതമായി പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കും
- പാല്‍പ്പൊടി ഉത്പാദനത്തിന് ഫാക്ടറി സ്ഥാപിക്കും
- അഞ്ച് ആഗ്രോ പാര്‍ക്കുകള്‍ കൂടി സ്ഥാപിക്കും
- തോട്ടവിള മേഖലയ്ക്ക് 2 കോടി
- തുടക്കത്തില്‍ രണ്ട് ജില്ലകളില്‍ കാര്‍ഷിക സേവന ശൃംഖല
- കര്‍ഷകരെ അടുത്ത ഘട്ടത്തിലേക്ക് ഉര്‍ത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് വരാന്‍ കുടുംബശ്രീക്ക് 10 കോടി
- യുവതികളുടെ പ്രാതിനിധ്യം കൂട്ടാന്‍ കുടുംബശ്രീ 10,000 അയല്‍ക്കൂട്ട യൂണിറ്റുകള്‍ ആരഭിക്കും
20,000 crore covid package to take on Covid; 8900 crore will be directly delivered to the people. Finance Minister K N Balagopal announced a second kovid package of Rs 20,000 crore in the Budget to meet the challenge created by Covid.
The package will provide Rs 2800 crore for tackling health emergency, Rs 8900 crore for direct cash for those in crisis and Rs 8300 crore for various loans, interest and subsidy for financial revival.- New loan plans for stimulus
- Rs 2000 crore loan to agriculture sector
- Rs 2000 crore for primary co-operatives
- Loans will be provided through primary co-operative societies at an interest rate of 4 per cent
- Up to Rs 5 lakh will be paid at 4 per cent interest
- Rs 1000 crore loan for Kutumbashree neighbourhood
- Rs 100 crore as covid package for Kutumbashree
- Rs 1500 crore project for coastal protection
- Rs5300 crore for sea wall construction
- The rubber subsidy will be paid in arrears. 50 crore has been earmarked for this purpose
- Coastal Highway to be completed on time
- Factory to be set up for milk powder production
- Five more Agro Parks will be set up
- Rs 2 crore for plantation sector
- Initially, agricultural service network in two districts
- Rs 10 crore for Kutumbashree to bring farmers to the next stage
- Kutumbashree will build 10,000 neighbourhood units to increase the representation of young women
