ശരിയായ സമയത്ത് ജമ്മു കശ്​മീരിന്​ സംസ്​ഥാന പദവി ലഭിക്കും - നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി

ശരിയായ സമയത്ത് ജമ്മു കശ്​മീരിൻ്റെ സംസ്​ഥാന പദവി തിരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുവരുമെന്ന് വ്യാഴാ​ഴ്​ച ഡൽഹിയിൽ നടന്ന സർവകക്ഷി യോഗത്തിൽ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദിഅഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു. ഡൽഹിയിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ദൂരവും ഹൃദയത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള അകലവും നീക്കണമെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി യോഗത്തിൽ അഭ്യർത്ഥിച്ചു. ജമ്മു കശ്​മീരിൽ ജനാധിപത്യം പുനസ്​ഥാപിക്കുന്ന വിഷയമായിരുന്നു സർവകക്ഷിയോഗത്തിൽ പ്രധാനമായി ചർച്ചക്കെടുത്തത്​. ബി.ജെ.പിയുടെ മൂന്ന്​ അജണ്ടകൾ ​കേന്ദ്രം വ്യക്തമാക്കിയതിനപ്പുറം ഒരു വിഷയത്തിലും സമവായത്തിലെത്താതെയാണ്​ മൂന്ന്​ മണിക്കൂറിലധികം സമയം നീണ്ടു നിന്ന സർവകക്ഷി യോഗം പിരിഞ്ഞത്​. ​

ജമ്മു-കശ്​മീരിന്​ പ്രത്യേക പദവി നൽകിയ ഭരണഘടനയുടെ 370ാം അനുഛേദം 2019 ആഗസ്ത് 5ന് റദ്ദാക്കിയ ശേഷം ആദ്യമായാണ്​ നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി സർക്കാർ ജമ്മു-കശ്​മീരിലെ മുഖ്യധാരാ രാഷ്​ട്രീയ ​നേതാക്കളുടെ യോഗം വിളിക്കുന്നത്​. ജമ്മു കാശ്മീരിൻ്റെ നാല്​ മുൻ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിമാരും വിവിധ പാർട്ടി നേതാക്കളുമടക്കം 14 പേരെയാണ്​ കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ യോഗത്തിന്​ വിളിച്ചത്​. രണ്ടു വർഷമായി തങ്ങൾ ഉള്ളിലടക്കിയ അമർഷവും ആവശ്യങ്ങളും നേതാക്കൾ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിക്ക്​ മുമ്പാകെ വെച്ചുവെങ്കിലും വ്യക്തമായ ഉറപ്പുകളൊന്നും നൽകാതെയാണ്​ യോഗം അവസാനിച്ചത്​. അതേസമയം, സൗഹാർദപൂർണമായ അന്തരീക്ഷത്തിലായിരുന്നു സർവകക്ഷി യോഗമെന്ന്​ നേതാക്കളും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയും ആഭ്യന്തര മന്ത്രിയും വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

നേതാക്കളു​ടെ വേദന തനിക്ക്​ മനസ്സിലാകുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന്​ പ്രതികരിച്ച പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ഒരു കാര്യത്തിലും തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ അറിയിച്ചില്ല. നേതാക്കൾ ഉന്നയിച്ച എല്ലാ ആശങ്കകളും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും അവർ പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ച വേദനകളും ആശങ്കകളും തള്ളിക്കളയുകയില്ലെന്ന്​ ഉറപ്പുനൽകുകയാണെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. ജമ്മു-കശ്​മീരിലെ നേതാക്കളുമായി സംഭാഷണം നടത്താൻ താൻ ഏറെ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.  പ്രസ്തുത വിഷയത്തിൽ കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാറിൻ്റെ ആദ്യ ചുവടുവെ​പ്പാണിതെന്നും ​അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തു. പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിക്ക്​ പുറമെ കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാറിനെ പ്രതിനിധാനം ചെയ്​​ത്​ യോഗത്തിൽ സംസാരിച്ച കേന്ദ്ര ആഭ്യന്തര മന്ത്രി അമിത്​ ഷാ, ബി.ജെ.പി മുൻകൂട്ടി നിർണയിച്ച മൂന്ന്​ അജണ്ടകൾ ജമ്മു-കശ്​മീരിലെ നേതാക്കൾക്ക്​ മുമ്പാകെ വെച്ചു. 

ജമ്മു-കശ്​മീരിൽ മണ്ഡല പുനർ നിർണയം നടത്തുകയും ശേഷം സംസ്​ഥാന പദവി നൽകുകയും നിയമസഭാ ​തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ്​ ​​​നടത്തുകയും ചെയ്യാമെന്ന്​ അമിത്​ ഷാ യോഗത്തിൽ അറിയിച്ചു. മണ്ഡല പുനർനിർണയം വിവിധ കക്ഷി നേതാക്കൾ ശക്​തമായി എതിർക്കുന്നതാണ്. ​ജമ്മു-കശ്​മീരിന്​ സംസ്​ഥാന പദവി നൽകണമെന്ന കാര്യത്തിൽ ഏതാണ്ട്​ എല്ലാ പാർട്ടികളും സമവായത്തിലാണെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയും താനും ഇത്​ ചെയ്യാമെന്ന്​ നേരത്തെ ഉറപ്പുനൽകിയതാണെന്നും ഉചിതമായ സമയത്ത്​ അത്​ ചെയ്യുമെന്നും അമിത്​ ഷാ പറഞ്ഞു.

മുൻ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിമാരായ ഗുലാം നബി ആസാദ്​, ഫാറൂഖ്​ അബ്​ദുല്ല, ഉമർ അബ്​ദുല്ല, മഹ്​ബൂബ മുഫ്​തി എന്നിവർക്ക്​ പുറമെ മുൻ ഉപമുഖ്യമന്ത്രിമാരായ താരാ ചന്ദ്​, കവീന്ദർഗുപ്​ത, നിർമൽ സിങ്​, മുസാഫിർ ബേഗ്​, ഗുലാം അഹ്​മദ്​ മിർ (കോൺഗ്രസ്​), രവീന്ദർ റെയ്​ന (ബി.ജെ.പി), എം. യൂസുഫ്​ തരിഗാമി (സി.പി.എം), സജ്ജാദ്​ ലോൺ (പിപ്​ൾസ്​ കോൺഫറൻസ്​) അൽതാഫ്​ ബുഖാരി(അപ്​നി പാർട്ടി) എന്നിവർ യോഗത്തിനെത്തി. ജനങ്ങളുടെ തകര്‍ന്ന വിശ്വാസം പുനഃസ്ഥാപിക്കേണ്ടത് കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാറിൻ്റെ  കടമയാണെന്നായിരുന്നു നാഷണല്‍ കോണ്‍ഫറന്‍സ് നേതാവ് ഉമര്‍ അബ്​ദുല്ലയുടെ പ്രതികരണം. ആര്‍ട്ടിക്കിള്‍ 370 പുനഃസ്ഥാപിക്കണമെന്ന ആവശ്യം കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് ഉന്നയിച്ചില്ല. സംസ്ഥാന പദവി പുനഃസ്ഥാപിക്കുക, തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നടത്തുക, കശ്മീരി പണ്ഡിറ്റുകളുടെ പുനരധിവാസം, എല്ലാ രാഷ്ട്രീയ തടവുകാരെയു മോചിപ്പിക്കുക എന്നീ ആവശ്യങ്ങളാണ് മുന്നോട്ടുവെച്ചതെന്ന് കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് നേതാവ് ഗുലാം നബി ആസാദ് പറഞ്ഞു.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said at an all-party meeting in Delhi on Thursday that Jammu and Kashmir's statehood would be restored at the right time. The Prime Minister requested the meeting to remove the distance from Delhi and the distance from the heart. The issue of restoring democracy in Jammu and Kashmir was mainly discussed at the all-party meeting. The all-party meeting, which lasted for more than three hours, broke up without reaching a consensus on any issue beyond what the Centre had clarified the BJP's three agendas.

The Narendra Modi government is calling a meeting of mainstream political leaders in Jammu and Kashmir for the first time since Article 370 of the Constitution, which gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir, was repealed on August 5, 2019. The central government called 14 people, including four former chief ministers of J&K and various party leaders, for the meeting. The leaders put before the Prime Minister, the resentment and demands they had been in for two years, but the meeting ended without any clear assurances. Meanwhile, the leaders, the Prime Minister and the Home Minister said that the all-party meeting was in a friendly atmosphere.

Amit Shah told the meeting that the constituency could be re-established in Jammu and Kashmir and then state hood and assembly elections could be held. The re-election of the constituency is strongly opposed by various party leaders. Amit Shah said nearly all parties were in agreement on granting statehood to Jammu and Kashmir and the Prime Minister and himself had earlier assured to do this and would do so at the appropriate time.

Besides former Chief Ministers Ghulam Nabi Azad, Farooq Abdullah, Umar Abdullah and Mahbuba Mufti, former Deputy Chief Ministers Tara Chand, Kavindergupta, Nirmal Singh, Musafir Beg, Ghulam Ahmad Mir (Congress), Ravinder Raina (BJP) and M. Yusuf Tarigami (CPM), Sajjad Lone (Peoples Conference) and Altaf Bukhari (Apni Party) came to the meeting. National Conference leader Umar Abdullah's response was that it was the duty of the central government to restore the broken trust of the people. The Congress did not demand the restoration of Article 370. Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said the demands were to restore statehood, hold elections, rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandits and release all political prisoners.
