ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 14 വിഭജനഭീതിയുടെ അനുസ്മരണ ദിനമായി ആചരിക്കും - പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി

ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 14 വിഭജനഭീതിയുടെ അനുസ്മരണ ദിനമായി ആചരിക്കുമെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി. 'വിഭജനത്തിൻ്റെ  വേദന ഒരിക്കലും മറക്കാനാവില്ല, വിദ്വേഷവും അക്രമവും കാരണം നമ്മുടെ ലക്ഷകണക്കിന് സഹോദരി സഹോദരന്‍മാര്‍ക്ക് പലായനം ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വന്നു പലര്‍ക്കും ജീവന്‍ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. ആ ജനതയുടെ ത്യാഗസ്മരണയ്ക്കായി ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 14 'വിഭജനഭീതിയുടെ സ്മരണാ ദിനമായി ആചരിക്കാന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചു' എന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്രമോദി ട്വീറ്റ് ചെയ്തു.

വിഭജന ഭീതിയുടെ ഈ ഓര്‍മദിനം സാമൂഹ്യ വിഭജനത്തിൻ്റെയും വൈരത്തിൻ്റെ യും വിഷവിത്ത് നീക്കി മൈത്രിയുടേയും മാനുഷിക ഉന്നമനവും ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുമെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി മോദി കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്‍ത്തു.

Partition’s pains can never be forgotten. Millions of our sisters and brothers were displaced and many lost their lives due to mindless hate and violence. In memory of the struggles and sacrifices of our people, 14th August will be observed as Partition Horrors Remembrance Day.

 ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 14 പാകിസ്താന്‍ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യദിനമായി ആഘോഷിക്കുന്ന ദിവസമാണ്‌.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said August 14 will be observed as a day of remembrance for fear of partition. 'The pain of partition will never be forgotten, millions of our brothers and sisters have had to flee because of hatred and violence, and many have lost their lives. Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted that august 14 has been 'decided to be observed as a day of remembrance of fear of partition' in memory of the sacrifices of those people.

Prime Minister Modi added that this day of fear of partition will remove the poison seed of social division and rivalry and strengthen the human upliftment of Maitri. August 14 is the day pakistan celebrates as independence day.
