അതിര്‍ത്തികളിൽ രോഗികളെയും സ്ഥിരം യാത്രികരെയും തടയരുത് - കര്‍ണാടക സർക്കാരിനോട് കേരള ഹൈക്കോടതി

കേരള കർണാടക സംസ്ഥാന അതിര്‍ത്തികളിൽ രോഗികളെ തടയരുതെന്ന് കര്‍ണാടകയോട് കേരള ഹൈക്കോടതി. മതിയായ രേഖകള്‍ ഉണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ രോഗികളെ കടത്തിവിടണമെന്നും സ്ഥിരം യാത്രക്കാരെയും വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികളെയും അകാരണമായി തടയരുതെന്നും കോടതി നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചു. രണ്ട് പൊതുതാല്‍പര്യ ഹര്‍ജികളിലാണ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ അവധിക്കാല ബെഞ്ച് ഇടക്കാല ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചത്. ജോലിക്കും വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിനുമായി കര്‍ണാടകയിലേക്ക് സ്ഥിരമായി യാത്രചെയ്യുന്നവരെ തടയരുത്. അവരുടെ യാത്രയ്ക്ക് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുണ്ടാകരുതെന്നും കോടതി നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചു. കര്‍ണാടക അതിര്‍ത്തിയില്‍ രോഗികള്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ളവരെ തടയുന്നു എന്ന ആരോപണവുമായി ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട പൊതുതാല്‍പര്യ ഹര്‍ജിയിലാണ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ ഉത്തരവ്.

കേരളത്തിലെ കോവിഡ് വ്യാപനം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി കേരളത്തില്‍നിന്നുള്ള വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ അതിര്‍ത്തിയില്‍  തടയുന്നതിലാണ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ ഇടപെടല്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നത്. കോവിഡ് എസ്.ഒ.പി. പ്രകാരം രോഗികളുടെ വാഹനം തടയാന്‍ പാടില്ലെന്ന് ഹൈക്കോടതി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. സ്വകാര്യ വാഹനങ്ങളില്‍ എത്തിയാല്‍ മതിയായ രേഖകള്‍ ഉണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ രോഗികളെ കടത്തിവിടണം. സ്ഥിരം യാത്രക്കാരെയും വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികളെയും തടയരുതെന്നും കോടതി നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചു.
