വിജയിച്ച് കര്‍ഷകര്‍, ഡിസംബർ 11ന് വിജയാഘോഷം. അതിര്‍ത്തിയില്‍നിന്ന് മടങ്ങും

വിവാദമായ മൂന്ന് കൃഷി നിയമങ്ങൾക്കെതിരെ സമരം ചെയ്ത കർഷകരുടെ എല്ലാ ആവശ്യങ്ങളും കേന്ദ്രസർക്കാർ അംഗീകരിച്ചു. ഈ  സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ഡൽഹി അതിർത്തിയിലെ ഉപരോധം കർഷകർ അവസാനിപ്പിച്ച് സ്വദേശങ്ങളിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങും. സംയുക്ത കിസാൻമോർച്ചയുടെ  യോഗത്തിലാണ് തീരുമാനം കൈകൊണ്ടത്. നാളെ സമരത്തിനിടയിൽ മരിച്ചവരുടെ  ആദരാഞ്ജലി ദിനമായി ആചരിക്കും. ഡിസംബർ 11ന് വിജയാഘോഷങ്ങൾ നടക്കും. അതിനുശേഷം കർഷകർ അതിർത്തിവിടും.

കർഷകരുടെ എല്ലാ ആവശ്യങ്ങളും അംഗീകരിച്ച്, വിളകൾക്കുള്ള താങ്ങുവില നിയമപരമായി ഉറപ്പാക്കുന്നതിനു നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കാനും കർഷകർക്കെതിരായ കേസുകൾ പിൻവലിക്കാനും ഒരുക്കമാണെന്നറിയിച്ച് ഇന്നലെ കേന്ദ്ര ആഭ്യന്തര മന്ത്രാലയം സംയുക്ത കിസാൻ മോർച്ചയ്ക്കു കത്തയച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ഇക്കാര്യങ്ങൾ രേഖാമൂലം ഒപ്പിട്ടു നൽകാൻ കർഷകർ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. രേഖാമൂലമുള്ള ഉറപ്പ് ലഭിച്ചാൽ പ്രക്ഷോഭം അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുമെന്ന് കർഷകർ അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നു.

എന്നാൽ പ്രക്ഷോഭം അവസാനിപ്പിച്ചാൽ മാത്രമേ കേസുകൾ പിൻവലിക്കൂ എന്നാണു ആദ്യം കേന്ദ്രം അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നത്. ആദ്യം കേസുകൾ പിൻവലിക്കണമെന്ന കർഷകരുടെ സമ്മർദത്തിനു വഴങ്ങി, കേന്ദ്രം ഇന്നലെ കേസുകൾ പിൻവലിക്കുന്ന നടപടികൾ ആരംഭിച്ചതായും അറിയിച്ച് കർഷക സംഘടനകൾക്ക് കത്തയച്ചത്. താങ്ങുവില നിയമപരമായി ഉറപ്പാക്കാൻ തയാറാണെന്നുകൂടി കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തതോടെ ഫലത്തിൽ കർഷകരുടെ എല്ലാ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കും കേന്ദ്രം വഴങ്ങി.

The Central Government accepted all the demands of the farmers who were protesting against the three controversial farming laws. In this situation, the farmers will end the blockade on the Delhi border and return home. The decision was taken in a meeting of the Joint Kisan Morcha. Tomorrow will be observed as the day of tribute to those who died during the strike. The victory celebrations will take place on December 11. After that, the farmers will move bake from the border.

The Union Home Ministry had yesterday sent a letter to the Joint Kisan Morcha saying that, it was ready to accept all the demands of the farmers, take action to ensure the support price for the crops legally and withdraw the cases against the farmers. But the farmers demanded that these matters be signed in a writing. The farmers had said that they would end the protest, if they received a written assurance.

However, the Center had earlier said that the cases would be withdrawn only if the agitation was stopped. In response to the farmers 'pressure to withdraw the cases first, the Center yesterday sent a letter to the farmers' organizations informing them that the process of withdrawing the cases had begun. With the addition that it was ready to legally guarantee the support price, the Center effectively yielded to all the needs of the farmers.
