കൂനൂർ ഹെലികോപ്റ്റർ അപകടം - കാരണം മോശം കാലാവസ്ഥ; അട്ടിമറി ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് വിലയിരുത്തൽ

കൂനൂർ  ഹെലികോപ്റ്റർ അപകടത്തിൻ്റെ കാരണം മോശം കാലാവസ്ഥയാണെന്നും അട്ടിമറി ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ലെന്നും വിലയിരുത്തൽ. ഹെലികോപ്റ്റർ പറത്തിയിരുന്നവർക്ക് പ്രതികൂല കാലാവസ്ഥയിൽ സ്ഥലവും സാഹചര്യവും കൃത്യമായി മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ കഴിയാതെ വന്നതാകാം സംയുക്ത സേനാ മേധാവി ജനറൽ ബിപിൻ റാവത്ത് ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ളവരുടെ മരണത്തിനിടയാക്കിയ കൂനൂർ അപകടത്തിൻ്റെ കാരണമെന്നു  അന്വേഷണ സംഘം വിലയിരുത്തുന്നു. അട്ടിമറി ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ലെന്നു സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കും വിധമാണ് കര, നാവിക, വ്യോമ സേനകളുടെ ഏവിയേഷൻ വിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള മുതിർന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ നടന്ന അന്വേഷണം എത്തിയത്. എയർ മാർഷൽ മാനവേന്ദ്ര സിങ്ങിൻ്റെ മേൽനോട്ടത്തിലായിരുന്നു അന്വേഷണം. റിപ്പോർട്ട് വൈകാതെ സമർപ്പിക്കും. അപകടത്തിൽ ബിപിൻ റാവത്തും ഭാര്യ മധുലിക റാവത്തും ഒപ്പമുണ്ടായിരുന്ന മുഴുവൻ അംഗങ്ങളും മരിച്ചതു രാജ്യത്തിന് തന്നെ ഞെട്ടലുണ്ടാക്കിയിരുന്നു. 

ഹെലികോപ്റ്ററിൻ്റെ അവശിഷ്ടങ്ങളിൽ നടത്തിയ ഫൊറൻസിക് പരിശോധന, ഫ്ലൈറ്റ് ഡേറ്റ റിക്കോർഡർ (ബ്ലാക്ക് ബോക്സ്), കോക്പിറ്റ് വോയ്സ് റിക്കോർഡർ തുടങ്ങിയവയും അന്വേഷണസംഘം പരിശോധിച്ചു. യാത്രയ്ക്കു മുന്നോടിയായി നടന്ന സംഭവങ്ങളും കോപ്റ്ററിന്റെ സാങ്കേതിക വിശദാംശങ്ങളും കാലാവസ്ഥയും പഠിച്ചു.

Assessment that the cause of the Coonoor helicopter accident was due to bad weather and there was no coup. Helicopter pilots may not have been able to pinpoint the exact location and circumstances of the incident, according to a team of investigators. The investigation, led by senior officials from the aviation divisions of the Army, Navy and Air Force, arrived to confirm that there was no coup. The investigation was overseen by Air Marshal Manavendra Singh. The report will be submitted soon. The death of Bipin Rawat and his wife Madhulika Rawat and all their members in the accident came as a shock to the country.

The team also conducted a forensic examination of the wreckage of the helicopter, a flight data recorder (black box), and a cockpit voice recorder. We learned about the events leading up to the flight, the technical details of the helicopter and the weather.
