കുട്ടികളുടെ കോവിഡ് വാക്‌സിന്‍ - റജിസ്‌ട്രേഷന്‍ ജനുവരി 1 മുതല്‍, ബുക്കിങ് നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ.

കേരളത്തിൽ  15 മുതല്‍ 18 വയസ്സുവരെയുള്ള കുട്ടികളുടെ കോവിഡ്  വാക്‌സിനേഷന് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള തയാറെടുപ്പുകള്‍ പുരോഗമിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് ആരോഗ്യമന്ത്രി വീണാ ജോര്‍ജ്. കുട്ടികളുടെ വാക്‌സിനേഷന് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള റജിസ്‌ട്രേഷന്‍ ജനുവരി ഒന്നു മുതല്‍ ആരംഭിക്കും. ഓണ്‍ലൈനായും സ്‌പോട്ട് റജിസ്‌ട്രേഷന്‍ വഴിയും വാക്‌സിൻ ബുക്ക് ചെയ്യാം.

ഇൻ്റര്‍നെറ്റുള്ള സ്മാര്‍ട് ഫോണ്‍ വഴിയോ കംപ്യൂട്ടര്‍ വഴിയോ ഓണ്‍ലൈന്‍ റജിസ്‌ട്രേഷന്‍ നടത്താം. 2007ലോ അതിന് മുൻപോ ജനിച്ചവര്‍ക്ക് മാത്രമേ  റജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്യാനാകൂ. കുട്ടികൾക്കുള്ള വാക്‌സിനേഷനായി കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങള്‍ നേരത്തേ റജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്ത ഫോണ്‍ നമ്പര്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ചും റജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്. സംശയങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ദിശ 104, 1056, 0471 2552056, 2551056 എന്നീ നമ്പരുകളില്‍ ബന്ധപ്പെടാവുന്നതാണ്.

ഓണ്‍ലൈൻ ബുക്കിങ് ചെയ്യുന്നതെങ്ങനെ?

1. https://www.cowin.gov.in എന്ന ലിങ്കില്‍ കയറുക. ഹോം പേജിന് മുകള്‍ വശത്തായി കാണുന്ന റജിസ്റ്റര്‍/സൈന്‍ ഇന്‍ യുവര്‍സെല്‍ഫ് എന്ന ഐക്കണില്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക.

2. തുടർന്ന് വരുന്ന പേജില്‍ മൊബൈല്‍ നമ്പര്‍ നല്‍കുക. മൊബൈല്‍ നമ്പര്‍ നല്‍കി Get OTP ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍, നല്‍കിയ മൊബൈലില്‍ ഒരു ഒടിപി നമ്പര്‍ എസ്എംഎസ് ആയി വരും. ആ ഒടിപി നമ്പര്‍ നല്‍കി "വെരിഫൈ" ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക.

3. "ഫോട്ടോ ഐഡി പ്രൂഫ്" കോളത്തില്‍ ആധാറോ സ്‌കൂള്‍ ഐഡി കാര്‍ഡോ സെലക്ട് ചെയ്യുക. ഫോട്ടോ ഐഡിയുടെ നമ്പരും അതിലുള്ള പേരും പെണ്‍കുട്ടിയാണോ ആണ്‍കുട്ടിയാണോ അദേഴ്‌സ് ആണോ എന്നും ജനിച്ച വര്‍ഷവും നല്‍കുക. അതിനുശേഷം റജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ബട്ടണ്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക.

4. ഇതോടെ ആ ആളുടെ പേര് റജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തുകഴിഞ്ഞു. ഇതുപോലെ ആഡ് മോര്‍ ഓപ്ഷന്‍ നല്‍കി മറ്റു മൂന്നു പേർക്കു കൂടി റജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്യാം.

എങ്ങനെ വാക്‌സിനേഷനായി അപ്പോയ്‌മെൻ്റെടുക്കാം?

1. വാക്‌സീന്‍ എടുക്കാനുള്ള അപ്പോയ്‌മെന്റിനായി റജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്ത പേരിന് തൊട്ട് താഴെയുള്ള ഷെഡ്യൂളില്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക. അപ്പോള്‍ വരുന്ന പേജില്‍ താമസ സ്ഥലത്തെ പിന്‍ കോഡ് നല്‍കുക. അങ്ങനെ ലഭിക്കുന്നില്ലെങ്കില്‍ ജില്ല സെര്‍ച് ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.

2. ഓരോ തീയതിയിലും വാക്‌സീന്‍ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളുടെ ഒഴിവ് കാണാന്‍ സാധിക്കും. താൽപര്യമുള്ള കേന്ദ്രവും തീയതിയും സമയവും നല്‍കി കണ്‍ഫോം ബട്ടണ്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യാം. അപ്പോള്‍ കണ്‍ഫോം ചെയ്ത സന്ദേശം ആ പേജിലും എസ്എംഎസ് ആയും വരും.

3. എന്തെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താല്‍ നിശ്ചിത കേന്ദ്രം കിട്ടിയില്ലെങ്കില്‍ തൊട്ടടുത്ത ദിവസം മൊബൈല്‍ നമ്പറും ഒടിപി നമ്പരും നല്‍കി കോവിന്‍ സൈറ്റില്‍ കയറി ബുക്ക് ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.

4. വാക്‌സിനേഷന്‍ നടക്കുന്നതുവരെ റജിസ്‌ട്രേഷന്റെയും അപ്പോയ്‌മെന്റിന്റേയും രേഖകള്‍ എഡിറ്റ് ചെയ്യാന്‍ കഴിയും.

5. വാക്‌സീനെടുക്കാനായി വാക്‌സിനേഷന്‍ കേന്ദ്രത്തില്‍ പോകുമ്പോള്‍ റജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്ത പ്രിന്റൗട്ടോ എസ്എംഎസോ കാണിക്കുക. റജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്ത ഫോട്ടോ ഐഡി കയ്യില്‍ കരുതേണ്ടതാണ്.

Health Minister Veena George has said that preparations are in progress for the Covid vaccination of children between the ages of 15 and 18 in Kerala. Registration for the children's vaccination will begin on January 1. The vaccine can be booked online and through spot registration.

How to book online?

1. Go to the link https://www.cowin.gov.in Click on the Register / Sign in Yourself icon at the top of the home page.

2. Enter the mobile number on the next page. When you enter the mobile number and click on Get OTP, an OTP number will be sent as an SMS on the given mobile. Enter the OTP number and click "Verify".

3. In the "Photo ID Proof" column, select Aadhaar or School ID Card. Enter the photo ID number and the name on it, whether it is Girl or Boy or Others, and year of birth. Then click on the Register button.

4. With this the name of the person has been registered. Similarly, three more people can register by giving the Add more option.

How to make an appointment for vaccination?

1. Click on the schedule just below the registered name for the vaccination appointment. Then enter the PIN code of residence on the next page. If not, the district can be searched.

2. Vacancies in vaccine centers can be seen on each date. Enter the center of interest, date and time and click on the Conform button. The conformed message will then appear on the page as an SMS.

3. If for some reason the designated center is not available, the next day you can book on the Cowin site by giving your mobile number and OTP number.

4. The records of registration and appointment can be edited till the vaccination is done.

5. Show the registered printout or SMS when you go to the vaccination center to get the vaccine. The registered photo ID should be kept in hand.
