മോദി ശക്തനായ നേതാവ്, യുദ്ധം അവസാനിപ്പിക്കാൻ പുടിനുമായി സംസാരിക്കണം - യുക്രൈൻ

റഷ്യ യുക്രൈൻ യുദ്ധം അവസാനിപ്പിക്കാൻ ഇന്ത്യ ഇടപെടണമെന്ന്  യുക്രൈൻ. റഷ്യയുടേത് ജനാധിപത്യ വിരുദ്ധമായ ആക്രമണമാണ്. ഈ യുദ്ധം ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ ഇന്ത്യൻ  പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്രമോദി റഷ്യൻ പ്രസിഡൻ്റ്  വ്ലാഡിമിര്‍ പുടിനുമായി സംസാരിക്കണമെന്ന് യുക്രൈൻ സ്ഥാനപതി ഇഗോർ പൊലിഖ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.

‘ലോകനേതാക്കൾ പറഞ്ഞാൽ പുടിൻ അനുസരിക്കുമോ എന്ന് എനിക്കറിയില്ല. ഇന്ത്യൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്രമോദിയുടെ ശക്തമായ പ്രതികരണത്തിൽ ഒന്ന് ചിന്തിക്കാനെങ്കിലും പുടിൻ തയാറാകുമെന്ന് വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു. ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഭാഗത്തുനിന്ന് അനുകൂല നിലപാട് ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. നിലവിൽ ഞങ്ങൾ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ പിന്തുണ തേടുകയാണ്. ലോകത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും കരുത്തുള്ള ബഹുമാനിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന നേതാക്കളില്‍ ഒരാളാണ്‌ നരേന്ദ്രമോദി. ഇന്ത്യൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പുടിനുമായി സംസാരിക്കണം.’– ഇന്ത്യയിലെ യുക്രൈൻ  സ്ഥാനപതി പറഞ്ഞു.

മാസങ്ങള്‍ നീണ്ട അധിനിവേശഭീഷണിക്കൊടുവിലാണ് യുക്രൈന് എതിരായി റഷ്യ ആക്രമണം തുടങ്ങിയത്. തലസ്ഥാനമായ കീവിനു സമീപം വെടിവയ്പും സ്ഫോടനങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടായി. കീവില്‍ നിന്ന് ജനങ്ങൾ പാലായനം ചെയ്യുകയാണ്. ജനങ്ങളോട് ബങ്കറുകളില്‍ അഭയം തേടാന്‍ യുക്രെയ്ൻ അധികൃതർ നിര്‍ദേശം നൽകിട്ടുണ്ട്. കടകളിലും എ ടി എമ്മുകളിലും മരുന്നുകടകളിലും വന്‍ ജനത്തിരക്ക് അനുഭവപ്പെടുന്നുണ്ട്. കയ്യിൽ ആയുധങ്ങൾ ഉള്ള പൗരന്മാർ സൈന്യത്തിന് ഒപ്പം ചേരണമെന്ന് യുക്രൈൻ പ്രസിഡൻ്റ് ജനങ്ങളോട് അഭ്യർത്ഥിച്ചു. ഇതിനിടെ റഷ്യൻ സേന കിവീൽ പ്രവേശിച്ചു എന്ന് അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര മാധ്യമങ്ങൾ റിപ്പോർട് ചെയ്യുന്നു. ചെർണോബിൽ ആണവ നിലയം പിടിച്ചെടുക്കാൻ ശക്തമായ പോരാട്ടം നടക്കുന്നതായും റിപ്പോർട്ടുകൾ പുറത്തുവരുന്നു.

കിഴക്കന്‍ യുക്രെയ്നില്‍ സൈനികനടപടിക്ക് റഷ്യന്‍ പ്രസിഡന്റ് വ്ലാഡിമിര്‍ പുടിന്‍ ഉത്തരവിട്ടതിന് പിന്നാലെ യുക്രെയ്ന്‍ നഗരങ്ങളില്‍ ശക്തമായ ആക്രമണുണ്ടായി. റഷ്യന്‍ അധിനിവേശം തുടങ്ങിയെന്നും ലോകരാജ്യങ്ങള്‍ റഷ്യയെ തടയണമെന്നും യുക്രെയ്ന്‍ പ്രസിഡന്റ് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. പ്രതിരോധത്തിന് മുതിരരുതെന്നും ആയുധം വച്ച് കീഴടങ്ങണമെന്നും പുടിന്‍ യുക്രെയ്ന്‍ സൈന്യത്തിന് മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് നല്‍കി.
