പുതിയ പാകിസ്താന്‍ നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിൽ പരാജയപ്പെട്ടു - ഇമ്രാന്‍ ഖാന്‍

പുതിയ പാകിസ്താന്‍ കെട്ടിപ്പടുക്കുമെന്ന തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് വാഗ്ദാനം നിറവേറ്റുന്നതില്‍ താനും തൻ്റെ പരാജയപ്പെട്ടുവെന്ന് തുറന്ന് സമ്മതിച്ച് പാകിസ്താൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ഇമ്രാന്‍ ഖാന്‍. വിപ്ലവകരമായ നടപടികളിലൂടെ രാജ്യത്ത് അതിവേഗം മാറ്റങ്ങള്‍ കൊണ്ടുവരാന്‍ കഴിയുമെന്നാണ് ആദ്യഘട്ടത്തില്‍ താന്‍ കരുതിയത്. എന്നാല്‍ രാജ്യത്തെ നിലവിൽ രാജ്യത്തുള്ള സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ അതിന് പര്യാപ്തമല്ലെന്ന് ബോധ്യമായെന്ന് ഇമ്രാന്‍ ഖാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.

കയറ്റുമതി വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ രാജ്യത്തെ സുസ്ഥിരമാക്കുന്നതിനും, ജനങ്ങളുടെ ജീവിത സാഹചര്യം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനും, ദാരിദ്ര്യം ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതിനും വേണ്ടിയാണോ പാക്  മന്ത്രിമാര്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം ചോദിച്ചു. രാജ്യതാത്പര്യവും ഭരണകൂടത്തിൻ്റെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനവും തമ്മിലുള്ള വലിയ അന്തരമാണ് പ്രധാന പ്രശ്‌നമെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.

മന്ത്രിസഭയിൽ മികച്ച പ്രകടനം കാഴ്ചവച്ച പത്ത് മന്ത്രിമാര്‍ക്ക് പ്രശംസാപത്രം കൈമാറുന്ന ചടങ്ങിലാണ് ഇമ്രാന്‍ ഖാൻ്റെ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തൽ. പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പരാജയം ഏറ്റുപറഞ്ഞ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ, ഇമ്രാന്‍ ഖാൻ നയിക്കുന്ന പാകിസ്താന്‍ തെഹ്‌രീക് ഇ ഇന്‍സാഫ് സര്‍ക്കാരിനെതിരെ പാര്‍ലമെൻ്റില്‍ അവിശ്വാസ പ്രമേയം കൊണ്ടുവരുമെന്ന് പാകിസ്താന്‍ ഡെമോക്രാറ്റിക് മൂവ്‌മെൻ്റ്  (പിഡിഎം) തലവന്‍ ഫസ്‌ലുര്‍ റഹ്‌മാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has openly admitted that he has failed to deliver on his election promise to build a new Pakistan. Initially, he thought that revolutionary measures could bring about rapid change in the country. But, Imran Khan said he was convinced that the existing systems in the country were not adequate for that.

He asked whether the Pakistani ministers were working to make the country more sustainable by increasing exports, improving the living conditions of the people and alleviating poverty. He pointed out that the main problem was the huge gap between national interest and the functioning of the state. Imran Khan made the revelation at a ceremony to hand over certificates of appreciation to ten ministers who have excelled in the cabinet. Fazlur Rehman, head of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), has said he will bring a no-confidence motion in parliament against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government led by Imran Khan if the prime minister admits defeat.
