യു പി - ഒന്നാംഘട്ട സ്ഥാനാർഥികളിൽ 156 പേര്‍ ക്രിമിനല്‍ കേസുള്ളവര്‍, 280 കോടിപതികള്‍
യു പി നിയമസഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൻ്റെ ഒന്നാം ഘട്ടത്തിൽ മത്സരിക്കുന്ന 156 സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികള്‍ ക്രിമിനല്‍ കേസ് പ്രതികള്‍. ഇതില്‍ തന്നെ 121 പേര്‍ ഗുരുതര ആരോപണം നേരിടുന്നവരാണെന്നും ഉത്തര്‍പ്രദേശ് ഇലക്ഷന്‍ വാച്ച് ആന്‍ഡ് അസോസിയേഷന്‍ ഫോര്‍ ഡെമോക്രാറ്റിക് റിഫോംസ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്തു. ഒന്നാംഘട്ടത്തിൽ ഫെബ്രുവരി 10ന് പതിനൊന്ന് ജില്ലകളിലെ 58 മണ്ഡലങ്ങളിലേക്കാണ് വോട്ടെടുപ്പ് നടക്കുന്നത്. ഈ ഘട്ടത്തില്‍ 623 സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികളാണ് മത്സരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതില്‍ 615 സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികളുടെ സത്യാവങ്മൂലമാണ് വിശകലനം ചെയ്തത്തിൽ 12 പേരെങ്കിലും സ്ത്രീകള്‍ക്കെതിരായ കുറ്റകൃത്യങ്ങളില്‍ പ്രതികളാണ്. ബുലന്ദ്ഷഹറില്‍ നിന്ന് മത്സരിക്കുന്ന ആര്‍ എല്‍ ഡി സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥിയായ മുഹമ്മദ് യൂനുസ് ബലാത്സംഗ കേസില്‍ പ്രതിയാണ്. ആറ് സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥിൾ കൊലപാത കേസുകളിലെ പ്രതികളാണ്. 30 സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികളുടെ പേരില്‍ കൊലപാതക ശ്രമത്തിന് കേസുണ്ട്.
സമാജ്‌വാദി പാര്‍ട്ടി സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥികൾക്കെതിരെയാണ് ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതല്‍ ക്രിമിനല്‍ കേസുകളുള്ളത്.എസ് പിയുടെ 75 ശതമാനത്തോളം സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികളും ക്രമിനല്‍ കേസ് പ്രതികളാണ്. തൊട്ടുപിന്നാലെ അവരുടെ സഖ്യകക്ഷിയായ ആല്‍എല്‍ഡിയാണ്. ബിജെപിയുടെ 57 സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികളില്‍ 29 ആളുകളുടെ പേരിലും കേസുണ്ട്. കോണ്‍ഗ്രസിന്റെ 58 ല്‍ 21 സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികളാണ് ക്രിമിനല്‍ കേസുള്ളവര്‍. ഒന്നാം ഘട്ടത്തില്‍ മത്സരിക്കുന്ന മൊത്തം സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികളില്‍ 12 ശതമാനം മാത്രമേ വനിതകള്‍ ഉള്ളൂ. 73 സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികള്‍ 80നും 61 വയസ്സിനും ഇടയില്‍ പ്രായമുള്ളവരാണ്. 214 സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികള്‍ 25-40 നും ഇടയില്‍ പ്രായമുള്ളവരാണ്. 41നും 60നും ഇടയില്‍ പ്രായമുള്ള 328 പേരും സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികളായുണ്ട്.
അഞ്ചാം ക്ലാസ് മുതല്‍ 12-ാം ക്ലാസ് വരെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യതയുള്ള 239 സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികളുണ്ട്. 304 സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികള്‍ ബിരുദധാരികളും അതിന് മുകളില്‍ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യതയുള്ളവരുമാണ്. 38 സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികള്‍ തങ്ങള്‍ അക്ഷഭ്യാസമുള്ളവർ ആണെന്ന് മാത്രമാണ് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. 15 സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികള്‍ നിരക്ഷരരാണെന്നും കാണിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. 12 പേര്‍ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടില്ല. മീററ്റില്‍ നിന്ന് മത്സരിക്കുന്ന ബിജെപിയുടെ അമിത് അഗര്‍വാളിനാണ് ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതല്‍ ആസ്തിയുള്ളത്. മിക്ക രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാര്‍ട്ടികളും സമ്പന്നര്‍ക്കാണ് സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥി പട്ടികയില്‍ മുന്‍ഗണന നല്‍കിയിരിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് കണക്കുകള്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു. ആദ്യ ഘട്ടത്തില്‍ മത്സരിക്കുന്ന ആര്‍ എല്‍ ഡിയുടെ 97 ശതമാനം സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികളും ബിജെപിയുടെ 89 ശതമാനം സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികളും ബിഎസ്പിയുടെ 82 ശതമാനം പേരും എസ്പിയുടെ 55 ശതമാനം സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികളും കോണ്‍ഗ്രസിൻ്റെ 42 ശതമാനം സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികളും ഒരു കോടിക്ക് മുകളില്‍ ആസ്തിയുള്ളവരാണെന്ന് സ്വയം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
The 156 candidates contesting the first phase of the UP Assembly elections are facing criminal charges. Of these, 121 are facing serious charges, according to the Uttar Pradesh Election Watch and Association for Democratic Reforms. In the first phase, polling will be held on February 10 in 58 constituencies in 11 districts. At this stage, 623 candidates are contesting. Of these, 615 candidates testified and at least 12 were convicted of crimes against women. Mohammad Yunus, an RLD candidate contesting from Bulandshahr, is accused in a rape case. Six candidates are accused in murder cases. There is a case of attempted murder in the name of 30 candidates.
Samajwadi Party candidates have the highest number of criminal cases. About 75 per cent of SP candidates are criminals. Next in line is their ally, the ALD. Of the 57 BJP candidates, 29 have cases pending against them. Of the 58 Congress candidates, 21 have criminal cases against them. Only 12 per cent of the total candidates contesting in the first phase are women. 73 candidates are between 80 and 61 years of age. 214 candidates are between 25-40 years of age. There are 328 candidates between the ages of 41 and 60.
There are 239 candidates with education from Class V to Class XII. 304 candidates are graduates and above. Only 38 candidates have declared that they are literate. 15 candidates have been shown to be illiterate. 12 have not registered their educational qualifications. BJP's Amit Agarwal, who is contesting from Meerut, has the most assets. Statistics show that most political parties prefer the rich to their candidates. In the first phase, 97 per cent of RLD candidates, 89 per cent of BJP candidates, 82 per cent of BSP candidates, 55 per cent of SP candidates and 42 per cent of Congress candidates have declared themselves with assets of over Rs 1 crore.
