ഒടുവിൽ നീതി. സ്വവര്‍ഗാനുരാഗികളായ യുവതികൾക്ക് ഒരുമിച്ച് ജീവിക്കാൻ ഹൈക്കോടതി അനുമതി നൽകി
സ്വവര്‍ഗാനുരാഗികളായ പെണ്‍കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് ഒന്നിച്ചു ജീവിക്കാന്‍ ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ അനുമതി നൽകി. ആലുവ സ്വദേശിനിയായ ആദില നസ്രിന്‍ നല്‍കിയ ഹേബിയസ് കോര്‍പസ് ഹര്‍ജിയിലാണ് കോടതിയുടെ ഉത്തരവ്. ആദിലയുടെ പങ്കാളിയായ താമശേരി സ്വദേശിനി ഫാത്തിമ നൂറയെ ആദിലയ്‌ക്കൊപ്പം പോകാന്‍ കോടതി അനുവദിച്ചു.
പങ്കാളിയായ ഫാത്തിമയെ ബന്ധുക്കള്‍ ബലമായി പിടിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുപോയെന്ന് ആരോപിച്ച് ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച രാവിലെയാണ് ആദില കോടതിയില്‍ ഹര്‍ജി നല്‍കിയത്. പ്രായപൂര്‍ത്തിയായവര്‍ക്ക് ഒന്നിച്ചു ജീവിക്കാന്‍ അവകാശമുണ്ടെന്നും വിലക്കില്ലെന്നും വ്യക്തമാക്കിക്കൊണ്ടാണ് കോടതിയുടെ ഉത്തരവ്. സുപ്രീംകോടതി വിധി പ്രകാരം തങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഒരുമിച്ച് ജീവിക്കാന്‍ അവകാശമുണ്ടെന്നും കോടതിയും പോലീസും തങ്ങള്‍ക്കൊപ്പം നില്‍ക്കണമെന്നും ആദില ഹര്‍ജിയില്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. ഈ വാദം ഹൈക്കോടതി അംഗീകരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
The High Court has allowed lesbian girls to live together. The court order was issued on a habeas corpus petition filed by Adila Nasrin, a resident of Aluva. The court allowed Adila's partner Fatima Noora from Tamassery to accompany Adila.
Adila filed a petition in the court on Tuesday morning alleging that her partner Fatima was abducted by her relatives. The court ruled that adults have the right to live together and are not barred. Adila had pleaded that they had the right to live together as per the Supreme Court judgment and that the court and the police should stand by them. The High Court accepted this argument.
