എ കെ ജി സെൻ്ററിന് നേരെ ബോംബേറ്

തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് സി പി ഐ എം സംസ്ഥാന കമ്മറ്റി ഓഫീസ് എ കെ ജി സെൻ്ററിന് നേരെ ബോംബേറ്. സ്‌കൂട്ടറില്‍ വന്ന ഒരാളാണ് ബോംബെറിഞ്ഞത്. ബോംബെറിയുന്നതിൻ്റെ സി സി ടി വി ദൃശ്യങ്ങള്‍ പുറത്തുവന്നു. രാത്രി 11 30 ഓടെയാണ് ബോംബേറ് നടന്നത്. സെൻ്ററിൻ്റെ മുന്നിൽകൂടി കുന്നുകുഴി ഭാഗത്തേക്ക് പോകുന്ന റോഡില്‍കൂടെ സ്‌കൂട്ടറില്‍ വന്ന ഒരാള്‍ ബോംബെറിയുന്ന രംഗമാണ് സി സി ടി വി ദൃശ്യങ്ങളിൽ ഉള്ളത്. 1983ലാണ് ഇതിന് മുൻപ്  എ കെ ജി സെൻ്ററിന് നേരെ ആക്രമണം ഉണ്ടായത്. ആന്ന് കെ സ് യു പ്രവർത്തകരാണ് ആക്രമണം നടത്തിയത്. 

വിവരമറിഞ്ഞ് മുതിര്‍ന്ന സി പി ഐ എം നേതാക്കള്‍ സ്ഥലത്തെത്തി.  എ കെ ജി സെൻ്ററിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന എ കെ ജി സ്മാരക ഹാളിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശിക്കുന്ന ഗേറ്റിന് സമീപത്തേക്കാണ് ബോംബെറിഞ്ഞത്. ഈ ആക്രമണത്തിന് പിന്നില്‍ കോണ്‍ഗ്രസുകാരാണെന്ന് എല്‍ ഡി എഫ് കണ്‍വീനര്‍ ഇ പി ജയരാജന്‍ ആരോപിച്ചു. പോലീസ് സംഘം സ്ഥലത്തെത്തി പരിശോധന ആരംഭിച്ചു. മന്ത്രി ആന്റണി രാജു, പി കെ ശ്രീമതി, എ എ റഹീം എം.പി എന്നിവരടക്കമുള്ളവര്‍ സ്ഥലത്തെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

ബോംബേറില്‍ പ്രതിഷേധിച്ച് സി പി ഐ എം പാര്‍ട്ടി പ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍ സംസ്ഥാന വ്യാപകമായി പ്രതിഷേധവുമായി രംഗത്തെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. എ കെ ജി സെൻ്ററിന് നേരെ നടന്ന ബോംബാക്രമണത്തില്‍ സമാധാനപരമായ പ്രതിഷേധം ബഹുജനങ്ങളെ അണിനിരത്തി സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുമെന്ന് സി പി എം സംസ്ഥാന സെക്രട്ടറി കോടിയേരി ബാലകൃഷ്ണന്‍ അറിയിച്ചു. സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ കലാപഭൂമിയാക്കി ക്രമസമാധാന നില തകര്‍ന്നു എന്ന മുറവിളി സൃഷ്ടിക്കാനുള്ള ബോധപൂര്‍വ്വമായ പരിശ്രമങ്ങളാണ് സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് കഴിഞ്ഞ കുറച്ച് നാളുകളായി നടന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നതെന്നും അതിൻ്റെ തുടര്‍ച്ചയായാണ് എ കെ ജി സെൻ്ററിന് നേരെ അക്രമണം നടത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നതെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.

The bombing took place around 11:30 p.m. There is a scene in the CCTV footage of a person on a scooter throwing a bomb on the road leading to Kunnukuzhi in front of the centre. In 1983, there was an attack on the AKG center before this. On that day, KSU activists carried out the attack.

After getting the information, senior CPI(M) leaders reached the spot. The bomb was hurled near the entrance gate to the AKG memorial hall at the AKG Centre. LDF convener EP Jayarajan accused the Congressmen of being behind the attack. The police team reached the spot and started the investigation. Minister Antony Raju, PK Srimati and AA Rahim MP have reached the spot.

The CPI(M) Party workers have come out with protests across the state in protest against the bomb attack. CPM State Secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan announced that they will organize a peaceful protest against the bombing of AKG Centre. He said that deliberate efforts have been going on in the state for the past few days to create a clamor that the law and order situation has broken down by turning the state into a riot zone and the attack on the AKG center is a continuation of that.
