ഷിന്ദേ മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായും പറഞ്ഞത് വിഴുങ്ങി ഫഡ്‌നവിസ് ഉപമുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായും അധികാരമേറ്റു
വിമത നീക്കങ്ങൾക്കൊടുവിൽ മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയുടെ പുതിയ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായി ശിവസേന വിമത നേതാവ് ഏക്നാഥ് ഷിന്ദേയും ഉപമുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായി ബിജെപി നേതാവും മുൻ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായി ദേവേന്ദ്ര ഫഡ്‌നവിസും സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞ ചെയ്ത് അധികാരമേറ്റു മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയുടെ ഇരുപതാമത് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായിട്ടാണ് ഷിന്ദേ അധികാരമേറ്റത്. വൈകീട്ട് 7.30-ന് രാജ്ഭവനിലായിരുന്നു സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞാ ചടങ്ങ്. ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ ഭഗവത് സിങ് കോഷിയാരി സത്യവാചകം ചൊല്ലിക്കൊടുത്തു. രണ്ടര വര്‍ഷം നീണ്ടുനിന്ന ഉദ്ധവ് താക്കറെയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള മഹാവികാസ് അഘാഡി സഖ്യ സര്‍ക്കാരിനെ മരിച്ചിട്ടാണ് മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര ഭരണം വീണ്ടും ബിജെപിയുടെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിലെത്തുന്നത്. ഫഡ്‌നാവിസ് ഉപമുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായി വന്നതോടെ ഭരണത്തിൽ ബി ജെ പി നേരിട്ട് ഇടപെടുന്ന സാഹചര്യം ഉണ്ടാവും.

രണ്ടാഴ്ചത്തോളം നീണ്ട മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയിലെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ നാടകങ്ങള്‍ക്കൊടുവില്‍ അപ്രതീക്ഷിതമായിട്ടാണ് ബി ജെ പിഏക്നാഥ് ഷിന്ദേയെ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചത്. വിമത എം എല്‍ എമാര്‍ക്കൊപ്പം അസമിലെ ഗുവാഹത്തിയിൽനിന്ന് കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം ഗോവയിലെറ്റിയ ഷിന്ദേ, ഫഡ്‌നവിസിനൊപ്പം ഇന്ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷമാണ് മുംബൈയിലെത്തി ഗവര്‍ണറെ കണ്ട് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ രൂപീകരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അവകാശവാദം ഉന്നയിച്ചത്. ഫഡ്‌നവിസ് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയും ഷിന്ദേ ഉപമുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയും ആകുമെന്നായിരുന്നു എല്ലാവരും കരുതിയിരുന്നത്.
എന്നാല്‍ ഗവര്‍ണറെ കണ്ട ശേഷം മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മുന്നിലെത്തിയ ഫഡ്‌നവിസ് ഷിന്ദേ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയാകുമെന്ന് പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. മന്ത്രിസഭാ വിപുലീകരണം അടുത്ത ദിവസങ്ങളില്‍ തന്നെ നടക്കും. താന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ ഭാഗമാകില്ലെന്ന് ഫഡ്‌നവിസ് ആദ്യം അറിയിച്ചെങ്കിലും ദേശീയ നേതൃത്വത്തിന്റെ ഇടപെടലിലൂടെയാണ് അദ്ദേഹം ഉപമുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായി സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞ ചെയ്തത്.
താനെയില്‍ ശിവസേനയുടെ കരുത്തനായ നേതാവാണ് ഷിന്ദേ. ആനന്ദ് ഡിഗെയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ താനെ ജില്ലയിലെ അനിഷേധ്യ നേതാവായി ഷിന്ദേ ഉയരുകയിരുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മകന്‍ ശ്രീകാന്ത് ഷിന്ദേ എം പി യാണ്. സഹോദരന്‍ നഗരസഭാംഗമാണ്. മദ്യശാലയില്‍ വിതരണക്കാരനായും ഓട്ടോറിക്ഷ തൊഴിലാളിയായും ജോലിനോക്കി പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ സാധാരണ പ്രവര്‍ത്തകനായി തുടക്കംകുറിച്ച ഷിന്ദേ ക്രമേണ പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ തലപ്പത്തേക്ക് ഉയരുകായിരുന്നു. ആനന്ദ് ഡിഗെയാണ് ഷിന്ദയെ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുവന്നത്. പിന്നീട് ബാല്‍താക്കറെയുടെ പ്രിയം പിടിച്ചുപറ്റി.
1990കളില്‍ നഗരസഭ അംഗമായി തീര്‍ന്ന ഷിന്ദേ പിന്നീട് തുടര്‍ച്ചയായി നാല് തവണ എം എല്‍ എയായി. ഫഡ്‌നവിസ് മന്ത്രിസഭയില്‍ അംഗമായി. ശിവസേന ബി.ജെ. പിയുമായി ബന്ധം വിടര്‍ത്തിയതോടെ പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവായി. മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി സ്ഥാനത്തേക്കുവരെ പേര് ഉയര്‍ന്നു. ഉദ്ധവ് താക്കറെ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായതോടെ നഗര വികസനം എന്ന സുപ്രധാന വകുപ്പ് ലഭിച്ചു. എന്നാല്‍ ഹിന്ദുത്വ അജണ്ടയില്‍ നിന്ന് പാര്‍ട്ടി അകലുന്നുവെന്നും ശിവസേന എംഎല്‍എമാര്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ട പരിഗണന ലഭിക്കുന്നില്ലെന്നും ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടിയാണ് ഷിന്ദേ പാര്‍ട്ടിയിലെ ഭൂരിക്ഷം എംഎല്‍എമാരേയും അടര്‍ത്തി വിമത നീക്കം നടത്തിയത്. എം എല്‍ എമാരുമായി ആദ്യം ഗുജറാത്തിലെ സൂറത്തിലെത്തിയ ഷിന്ദേ അവിടെ നിന്ന് ഗുവാഹാട്ടിയിലേക്ക് മാറി. തുടര്‍ന്ന് ഉദ്ധവ് താക്കറെയോട് ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ വിശ്വാസ വോട്ടെടുപ്പ് നേടാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടതോടെ വിമതരുമായി ഷിന്ദേ ഗോവയിലെത്തുകയായിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ വിശ്വാസ വോട്ടിന് മുതിരാതെ മഹാ വികാസ അഘാടി സർക്കാർ രാജിവെച്ചൊഴിയുകയായിരുന്നു. ഷിന്ദേ ഇന്ന് മുംബൈയിലെത്തിയെങ്കിലും വിമത എം എൽ എമാർ നിലവില്‍ ഗോവയില്‍ തന്നെയാണ്. ഇന്ന് രാത്രിയിലോ നാളെയോ അവര്‍ മുംബയിൽ എത്തുമെന്നാണ് കരുതുന്നത്.

After two weeks of political drama in Maharashtra, the BJP unexpectedly announced Eknath Shinde as the Chief Minister. Shinde, who came to Goa from Guwahati in Assam last day along with the dissident MLAs, reached Mumbai along with Fadnavis this afternoon and met the Governor and raised his claim to form the government. Everyone thought Fadnavis would be the Chief Minister and Shinde the Deputy Chief Minister.
But after meeting the Governor, Fadnavis Shinde came in front of the media and announced that he will be the Chief Minister. Cabinet expansion will take place in the next few days. Fadnavis initially announced that he would not be part of the government, but he was sworn in as deputy chief minister through the intervention of the national leadership.
Shinde is a strong leader of Shiv Sena in Thane. After Anand Dighe, Shinde was emerging as the undisputed leader of the party in Thane district. His son Srikanth Shinde is an MP. His brother is a municipal councilor. Shinde started out as an ordinary worker of the party, working as a distributor in a liquor store and as an auto-rickshaw operator, but gradually rose to the top of the party. Anand Dighe brought Shinda into politics. Later, Balthakar's love was captured.
Shinde, who became a municipal councilor in the 1990s, later became an MLA for four consecutive terms. Fadnavis joined the cabinet. Shiv Sena B.J. He became the leader of the opposition after developing relations with P. The name rose to the post of Chief Minister. Uddhav Thackeray became the chief minister and got the important department of urban development. But Shinde made a rebellious move by removing most of the MLAs from the party pointing out that the party is moving away from the Hindutva agenda and Shiv Sena MLAs are not getting due consideration. Shinde first came to Surat in Gujarat with the MLAs and moved to Guwahati from there. Then Uddhav Thackeray was asked by the Governor to take the trust vote and Shinde came to Goa with the rebels. But the Maha Vikas Aghadi government resigned without passing the vote of confidence. Although Shinde arrived in Mumbai today, the dissident MLAs are currently in Goa. They are expected to reach Mumbai tonight or tomorrow.
