മന്ത്രിസഭയില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്താത്തതിനെ ആരും വൈകാരികമായെടുക്കേണ്ടെതില്ലെന്ന് കെ.കെ.ശൈലജ. പാര്‍ട്ടി തീരുമാനിച്ചതുകൊണ്ടാണ് മന്ത്രിയായത്. ചെയ്ത കാര്യങ്ങളില്‍ പൂര്‍ണതൃപ്തിയുണ്ട്. പുതിയ ടീമിന് തന്നേക്കാള്‍ നന്നായി പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുമെന്നാണ് വിശ്വാസം. ഭംഗിയായി മുന്നോട്ടുപോകും. വ്യക്തിയല്ല, സംവിധാനമാണ് പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നത്. അതിന് നേതൃത്വം നല്കാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞതില്‍ സന്തോഷമുണ്ടെന്നും, കോവിഡ് പ്രതിരോധം താന്‍ ഒറ്റയ്ക്കല്ല നടത്തിയതല്ലെന്നും കെ.കെ.ശൈലജ. വ്യക്തിയല്ല സംവിധാനമാണ് പ്രതിരോധപ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ നിര്‍വഹിക്കുന്നത്. ആരോഗ്യമന്ത്രിയതുകൊണ്ടാണ് നേതൃപരമായ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം നിര്‍വഹിച്ചതെന്നും കെ.കെ. ശൈലജ പറഞ്ഞു
