ജമ്മു വിമാനത്താവളത്തിലെ ഇരട്ട സ്‌ഫോടനത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് ശ്രീനഗറിലും പഠാന്‍കോട്ടിലും അതീവ ജാഗ്രത നിര്‍ദേശം. ജമ്മു സ്‌ഫോടനത്തില്‍ യുഎപിഎ പ്രകാരം ജമ്മു പൊലീസ് കേസെടുത്തു. ഡ്രോണ്‍ ആക്രമണമാണെന്ന നിഗമനത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് സംഭവം അന്വേഷിക്കാന്‍ എയര്‍ഫോഴ്‌സും തീരുമാനിച്ചു. എയര്‍മാര്‍ഷല്‍ വിക്രം സിങ്ങാണ് അന്വേഷണത്തിന് നേതൃത്വം നല്‍കുക. എന്‍എസ്ജി ബോംബ് സ്‌ക്വാഡും ഫോറന്‍സിക് വിഭാഗവും പരിശോധന തുടരുകയാണ്. എന്‍ഐഎ സംഘവും സ്ഥലത്തെത്തും.
ജമ്മു കശ്മീര്‍ വിമാനത്താവളത്തിലുണ്ടായ സ്‌ഫോടനം ഭീകരാക്രമണമാണെന്ന് സംശയിക്കുന്നതായി എഎന്‍ഐ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്തു. ഞായറാഴ്ച പുലര്‍ച്ചെ രണ്ട് മണിയോടെയാണ് വിമാനത്താവളത്തിൻ്റെ ടെക്‌നിക്കല്‍ ഏരിയയില്‍ സ്‌ഫോടനമുണ്ടായത്. ആര്‍ക്കും പരിക്കേറ്റിട്ടില്ലെന്നും കാര്യമായ നാശനഷ്ടങ്ങളില്ലെന്നുമാണ് വ്യോമസേന അറിയിക്കുന്നത്.
എന്‍എസ്ജി ബോംബ് സ്‌ക്വാഡും ഫോറന്‍സിക് വിഭാഗവും പരിശോധന തുടരുകയാണ്. എന്‍ഐഎ സംഘവും സ്ഥലത്തെത്തും. ഡ്രോണ്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ആക്രമണം നടത്തിയെന്ന സംശയത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും പരിശോധന തുടരുകയാണ്. സ്‌ഫോടനങ്ങളിലൊന്നില്‍ ഒരു കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ മേല്‍ക്കൂരയ്ക്ക് ചെറിയ കേടുപാട് പറ്റിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും വ്യോമസേന അറിയിച്ചു. സംഭവത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് പ്രതിരോധമന്ത്രി രാജ്‌നാഥ് സിങ് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ വ്യോമസേന ഉപമേധാവി എച്ച്എസ് അറോറയുമായി സംസാരിച്ചു.
അഞ്ച് മിനുട്ട് വ്യത്യാസത്തില്‍ രണ്ട് തവണ സ്‌ഫോടനമുണ്ടായി. വ്യോമസേനയുടെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിലാണ് ജമ്മു വിമാനത്താവളം. ഇവിടെ സാധാരണ വിമാനങ്ങളും സര്‍വീസ് നടത്തുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും റണ്‍വേയും എയര്‍ ട്രാഫിക് കണ്‍ട്രോളും വ്യോമസേനയുടെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിലാണ്.
