ഇസ്ലാമിക് എമിറേറ്റ് ഓഫ് അഫ്ഗാനിസ്ഥാന്‍ പ്രഖ്യാപനവുമായി താലിബാന്‍
താലിബാൻ്റെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിലായ ഇസ്ലാമിക് റിപ്പബ്ലിക്ക് ഓഫ് അഫ്ഗാനിസ്ഥാൻ ഇനി ഇസ്ലാമിക് എമിറേറ്റ് ഓഫ് അഫ്ഗാനിസ്ഥാന്‍ എന്നായിരിക്കും അറിയപ്പെടുക. താലിബാന്‍ നിയന്ത്രണം ഏറ്റെടുത്ത പ്രസിഡന്റിൻ്റെ കൊട്ടാരത്തില്‍നിന്ന് ഇതുസംബന്ധിച്ച പ്രഖ്യാപനം ഉടന്‍ ഉണ്ടാവുമെന്ന് വാര്‍ത്താ ഏജന്‍സികൾ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടു ചെയ്തു. മുമ്പ് താലിബാന്‍ ഭരണത്തില്‍ ആയിരുന്ന സമയത്ത് അഫ്ഗാനിസ്ഥാന്റെ പേരായിരുന്നു ഇത്. സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ 11 ആക്രമണത്തിന് പിന്നാലെ ഒസാമ ബിൻ ലാദനെ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നു എന്നാരോപിച്ച് അമേരിക്കയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള സൈന്യം താലിബാനെ ഭരണത്തില്‍നിന്ന് പുറത്താക്കി.
അതിനിടെ, കാബൂള്‍ വിമാനത്താവളത്തില്‍നിന്ന് തീ ഉയര്‍ന്നതായി അമേരിക്കയിലെ യു.എസ് എംബസി വൃത്തങ്ങള്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. അഫ്ഗാനിസ്ഥാനില്‍നിന്ന് നയതന്ത്ര പ്രതിനിധികളെ ഒഴിപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള നീക്കം വേഗത്തിലാക്കുമെന്ന് ഫ്രാന്‍സ് അറിയിച്ചു. യൂറോപ്യന്‍ യൂണിയന്‍, ഫ്രാന്‍സ്, യു.കെ, കാനഡ, ഓസ്‌ട്രേലിയ, യുഎസ്എ, ജര്‍മനി, ഈജിപ്ത് എന്നീ രാജ്യങ്ങളുടെ നയതന്ത്ര ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെ ഒഴിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് യുഎഇയിലെ വിമാനത്താവളങ്ങളില്‍ സൗകര്യം ഒരുക്കുമെന്ന റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടുകളും പുറത്തുവന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. കാബൂളിലെ 11 പ്രധാന പ്രദേശങ്ങളുടെ നിയന്ത്രണം താലിബാന്‍ ഏറ്റെടുത്തുവെന്നാണ് പുറത്തുവരുന്ന വിവരം. ഇന്ത്യയിലേക്കുള്ള അവസാന എയർ ഇന്ത്യ വിമാനം ഇന്നലെ രാത്രി 8.30 ഓഡെ ഡൽഹിയിൽ ഏത്തി.
