വിവാദ കൃഷിനിയമങ്ങൾ പിൻവലിക്കൽ ബിൽ ആദ്യദിനം തന്നെ പാർലിമെൻ്റിൽ അവതരിപ്പിക്കും

വിവാദമായ മൂന്ന് കൃഷി നിയമങ്ങൾ പിൻവലിക്കാനുള്ള ബില്ലുകൾ ശൈത്യകാല സമ്മേളനം ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന നാളെത്തന്നെ പാർലിമെൻ്റിൽ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുമെന്നു കൃഷിമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്രസിങ് തോമർ. എന്നാൽ, മിനിമം താങ്ങുവില സംബന്ധിച്ച നിയമത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള അവ്യക്തത തുടരുകയാണ്. ബിജെപിയും കോൺഗ്രസും നാളെ സഭയിൽ ഹാജരാകണമെന്ന് അംഗങ്ങൾക്കു വിപ് നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. രാജ്യസഭാംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് നേരത്തേ തന്നെ വിപ് നൽകിയിരുന്നു.  

മിനിമം താങ്ങുവില, വിള നവീകരണം, ചെലവില്ലാത്ത കൃഷി തുടങ്ങിയ വിഷയങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു പഠിക്കാൻ വിദഗ്ധ സമിതി രൂപവൽക്കരിക്കുമെന്നു പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചതാണെന്നു തോമർ പറഞ്ഞു. പാർലമെൻ്റിൻ്റെ ശീതകാല സമ്മേളനത്തിൽ കൃഷി നിയമം പിൻവലിക്കലടക്കം 26 പുതിയ ബില്ലുകളാണ് അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.

ക്രിപ്റ്റോകറൻസി നിയന്ത്രണ ബിൽ, വൈദ്യുതി നിയമ ഭേദഗതി ബിൽ, പൊതുമേഖലാ ബാങ്കുകളിൽ സർക്കാരിന്റെ ഓഹരി 51 ശതമാനത്തിൽനിന്ന് 26 ശതമാനമാക്കാനുള്ള ബിൽ തുടങ്ങിയവ ലിസ്റ്റിലുണ്ട്. കൃഷി നിയമം പിൻവലിക്കാനുള്ള ബില്ലിൻ്റെ ചർച്ച പ്രതിപക്ഷവും ഭരണപക്ഷവും തമ്മിലുള്ള നേർക്കുനേർ പോരാട്ടത്തിനു വേദിയാകുമെന്നുറപ്പാണ്. 

Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has said that the bills to repeal the three controversial agricultural laws will be tabled in Parliament tomorrow, the day the monsoon session begins. However, ambiguity about the law on minimum support remains. The BJP and the Congress have given a whip to the members to attend the assembly tomorrow. The Rajya Sabha members had already been given a whip. Tomar said the Prime Minister had announced that an expert committee would be set up to study issues like minimum support price, crop modernization and cost-effective farming. The winter session of Parliament will introduce 26 new bills, including the repeal of the Agriculture Act.

The list includes the Cryptocurrency Regulation Bill, the Electricity Law Amendment Bill and the bill to increase the government's stake in public sector banks from 51 per cent to 26 per cent. The discussion of the bill to repeal the Agriculture Act is sure to be a platform for a direct fight between the Opposition and the ruling party.
