തനിക്ക് അധികാരം വേണ്ടെന്നും ജനങ്ങളെ സേവിച്ചാൽ മാത്രം മതിയെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി. പ്രതിമാസ റേഡിയോ പ്രഭാഷണ പരിപാടിയായ ‘മൻ കി ബാത്തി’ലാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുടെ ഈ പ്രസ്താവന. പരിപാടിക്കിടെ കേന്ദ്രപദ്ധതിയായ ആയുഷ്‌മാൻ ഭാരത് യോജനയുടെ ഗുണഭോക്താവിനോടു സംസാരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പ് മേഖലയുടെ വളർച്ചയെക്കുറിച്ചും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി വിശദീകരിച്ചു.

‘ഇന്ത്യയുടെ വളർച്ചാ ചരിത്രത്തിലെ വഴിത്തിരിവിലാണ് നമ്മൾ. യുവാക്കൾ തൊഴിലന്വേഷകർ മാത്രമല്ല, തൊഴിൽ ധാദാക്കൾ കൂടിയാണ്. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ നിലവിൽ 70ലധികം യൂണികോണുകൾ ഉണ്ട്. ഒരു ബില്യൻ ഡോളറിലധികം മൂല്യമുള്ള, സ്വകാര്യ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പ് കമ്പനികളാണ് യൂണികോൺ എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്നത്. നൂതനമായ ആശയങ്ങൾ, വെല്ലുവിളികളെ  ഏറ്റെടുക്കാനുള്ള കഴിവ്, എന്തും ചെയ്യാനുള്ള ഊർജം എന്നിവയാണ് നമ്മുടെ  രാജ്യത്തെ യുവജനങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള മൂന്നു സ്വഭാവ സവിശേഷതയെന്നും" പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തു. കോവിഡ് ഇതുവരെ അവസാനിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെന്നും ആളുകൾ ജാഗ്രത പാലിക്കണമെന്നും വ്യക്തമാക്കിയാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പ്രഭാഷണം അവസാനിപ്പിച്ചത്.
