യു പി - ചെളിയേറ്, കരിങ്കൊടി, കല്ലേറ്; പടിഞ്ഞാറൻ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളില്‍ ബിജെപി സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികള്‍ക്കെതിരെ പ്രതിഷേധം

ഉത്തർപ്രദേശ്  നിയമസഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് പ്രചാരണത്തിനിടെ പടിഞ്ഞാറൻ യുപിയിലെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളില്‍ ബിജെപി സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥികള്‍ക്കും പ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍ക്കും നേരെ ജനങ്ങളുടെ പ്രതിഷധം. കരിങ്കൊടി കാണിക്കല്‍, കല്ലേറ്, ചെളി വാരിയെറ് തുടങ്ങിയ പ്രതിഷേധങ്ങളാണ് അരങ്ങേറുന്നതെന്ന് ദി ഹിന്ദു അടക്കമുള്ള ദേശീയ മാധ്യമങ്ങൾ റിപ്പോർട് ചെയ്തു. ബി ജെ പി സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് നേരെ ഒരു ഡസനിലേറെ പ്രധിഷേധ സംഭവങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായതായി ദി ഹിന്ദു റിപ്പോർട് ചെയ്തു.

ശിവല്‍ഖാസ് മണ്ഡലത്തിലെ ബിജെപി സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥി മനീന്ദര്‍പാല്‍ സിങ്ങിനു നേരെ കല്ലേറുണ്ടായി. കല്ലേറിൽ മനീന്ദര്‍പാല്‍ സിങ്ങിൻ്റെ വാഹനവ്യൂഹത്തിലെ ഏഴോളം കാറുകള്‍ക്ക് കേടുപാട് സംഭവിച്ചു. സംഭവത്തില്‍ പോലീസ് കേസെടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ചപ്രോളിയിലെ സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥി സഹേന്ദ്ര രമാലയ്ക്ക് നേരെ കരിങ്കൊടി പ്രധിഷേധമുണ്ടായി. വോട്ട് ചോദിക്കാനായി എത്തിയ സഹേന്ദ്ര രമാലയെ ജനങ്ങൾ  നിരുപദ ഗ്രാമത്തില്‍ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചില്ല. എന്നാൽ, ജനങ്ങളല്ല പ്രതിപക്ഷ പാര്‍ട്ടികളുടെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തകരാണ് ബിജെപിക്കെതിരെ നടക്കുന്ന സംഘടിത നീക്കങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പിന്നിലെന്ന് ബിജെപി പറയുന്നു. ഫെബ്രുവരി 10, 14 തീയതകളിലാണ് യുപിയിലെ ആദ്യ രണ്ട് ഘട്ട തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നടക്കുന്നത്. ഇതിനിടയിലാണ് സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥികൾ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിൽനിന്ന് എതിർപ്പ് നേരിടേണ്ടിവരുന്നത്.

2017-ല്‍ ബിജെപി തൂത്തുവാരിയ പശ്ചിമ യുപിയില്‍  ഇത്തവണ കടുത്ത വെല്ലുവിളിയാണ് നേരിടുന്നതെന്നാണ് റിപ്പോർട്ട്. ജാട്ട് സമുദായത്തിന് വ്യക്തമായ മേല്‍കൈയുള്ള ഈ പ്രദേശത്ത് കര്‍ഷക പ്രക്ഷോഭം ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ എസ്പി- ആര്‍എല്‍ഡി സഖ്യം പ്രചാരണ വിഷയമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. സഖ്യത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് യാദവ, മുസ്ലീം ജാട്ട് സമുദായങ്ങളുടെ വോട്ടുകളില്‍ ഏകീകരണമുണ്ടായാല്‍ അത് ബിജെപിക്ക് തിരിച്ചടിയാകും. തിരിച്ചടിക്കുള്ള സാധ്യത മുന്നില്‍ക്കണ്ട് അമിത് ഷായുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലാണ് ഇവിടെ പ്രചാരണ പരിപാടികള്‍ പുരോഗമിക്കുന്നത്. സമുദായ നേതാക്കളുമായി ഷാ നേരിട്ട് ചര്‍ച്ച നടത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.

Protests against BJP candidates and activists in villages in western UP during the Uttar Pradesh Assembly election campaign. National media outlets, including The Hindu, reported that protests such as black flag display, stone throwing and mud warrior were taking place. The Hindu reported that there were more than a dozen protests against BJP candidates.

BJP candidate from Shivalkhas constituency Maninderpal Singh was stoned. Seven cars in Maninderpal Singh's convoy were damaged in the collision. Police have registered a case in the incident. Black flag protest against Chaproli candidate Sahendra Ramala. The people did not allow Sahendra Ramala to come to Nirupada village to ask for votes. However, the BJP says that it is not the people but the activists of the opposition parties who are behind the organized moves against the BJP. The first two phases of elections in UP will be held on February 10 and 14. Meanwhile, the candidates are facing opposition from the villages.

It is reported that the BJP, which swept the state in 2017, is facing a tough challenge this time in western UP. The SP-RLD alliance has been campaigning on issues including the peasant agitation in the region, which is clearly dominated by the Jat community. If there is a unification of the votes of the Yadav and Muslim Jat communities following the alliance, it will be a setback for the BJP. The campaign is being spearheaded by Amit Shah, who fears a possible setback. The Shah also held direct discussions with community leaders.
