യുക്രൈനിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ വിദ്യാർത്ഥി കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടു

യുക്രൈനിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ വിദ്യാർത്ഥി കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടതായി ഇന്ത്യയുടെ വിദേശകാര്യ മന്ത്രാലയ വക്താവ് ഔദ്യോഗികമായി സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചു. ഇന്ത്യയുടെ വിദേശകാര്യ മന്ത്രാലയ വക്താവ് അരിന്ദം ബാഗ്ചിയാണ് ഇക്കാര്യം സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചത്. കർണാടക സ്വദേശി നവീൻ എന്ന വിദ്യാർത്ഥിയാണ് കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടതെന്നാണ് വിവരം. ഖാർകിവിൽ ഷെല്ലാക്രമണത്തിലാണ് വിദ്യാർത്ഥി മരിച്ചതെന്നും അരിന്ദം ബാഗ്ചിയുടെ ട്വിറ്റിൽ പറയുന്നു.

ഖാർകിവിലും മറ്റ് സംഘർഷ മേഖലകളിലുള്ള നഗരങ്ങളിൽ ഇപ്പോഴും കഴിയുന്ന ഇന്ത്യൻ പൗരന്മാർക്ക് അടിയന്തരമായി സുരക്ഷിതമായി കടന്നുപോകാനുള്ള പാത ഒരുക്കണമെന്ന നമ്മുടെ ആവശ്യം ആവർത്തിച്ചറിയിക്കാൻ വിദേശകാര്യ സെക്രട്ടറി ഇന്ത്യയിലെ റഷ്യയുടെയും യുക്രൈനിൻ്റെയും അംബാസഡർമാരുമായി  ബന്ധപ്പെടുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും ബാഗ്ചിയുടെ മറ്റൊരു ട്വിറ്റിൽ പറയുന്നു. റഷ്യയിലെയും ഉക്രെയ്‌നിലെയും ഇന്ത്യൻ അംബാസഡർമാരും സമാനമായ നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറയുന്നു.

With profound sorrow we confirm that an Indian student lost his life in shelling in Kharkiv this morning. The Ministry is in touch with his family.

A spokesman for India's foreign ministry has officially confirmed that an Indian student has been killed in Ukraine. This was confirmed by Arindam Bagchi, spokesperson for the Indian Ministry of External Affairs. It is learned that the student was a native of Karnataka. Arindam Bagchi tweeted that the student was killed in a shelling attack in Kharkiv.

In another tweet, Bagchi said that the Foreign Secretary was in touch with the ambassadors of Russia and Ukraine to India to reiterate our demand for an urgent safe passage for Indian citizens still living in cities in Kharkiv and other conflict zones. He says Indian ambassadors to Russia and Ukraine are taking similar action.
