റഷ്യക്കെതിരെ അമേരിക്കന്‍ സൈന്യം ഇറങ്ങില്ല, അമേരിക്കന്‍ ജനത യുക്രൈന് ഒപ്പം - ബൈഡന്‍

റഷ്യക്കെതിരെ യുദ്ധം ചെയ്യാൻ യുക്രൈനിൽ അമേരിക്കൻ സൈന്യം ഇറങ്ങില്ലെന്ന് ജോ ബൈഡൻ. അമേരിക്കന്‍ ജനത യുക്രൈന് ഒപ്പമാണ് എന്നും  യുഎസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ജോ ബൈഡന്‍ യു സ് കോൺഗ്രസിൽ വ്യക്തമാക്കി. റഷ്യയുടെ യുക്രൈനെതിരെയുള്ള ആക്രമണം ആരംഭിച്ച് ഒരാഴ്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം യു സ് കോണ്‍ഗ്രസില്‍ നടത്തിയ പ്രസംഗത്തിലാണ് ബൈഡന്‍ ഇക്കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞത്. ചരിത്രപരമായി വളരെ പ്രാധാന്യമുള്ള തീരുമാനമാണിത്. 

റഷ്യക്കെതിരായ പോരാട്ടത്തില്‍ യുഎസ് പങ്കാളിയാകില്ലെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ ബൈഡന്‍, അമേരിക്ക സഖ്യകക്ഷികളുമായി ചേര്‍ന്ന് നാറ്റോ രാജ്യങ്ങളുടെ പ്രദേശങ്ങള്‍ സംരക്ഷിക്കുമെന്നും വ്യക്തമാക്കി. റഷ്യക്കെതിരെ യുക്രൈന്‍ ധൈര്യത്തോടെ തിരിച്ചടിക്കുകയാണ്. യുദ്ധത്തില്‍ പുട്ടിനും റഷ്യയ്ക്കും നേട്ടങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടായേക്കാം. എന്നാല്‍, ദീര്‍ഘകാലാടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ റഷ്യയ്ക്ക് ഇക്കാര്യത്തിൽ വലിയ വില നല്‍കേണ്ടി വരുമെന്നും ബൈഡന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. നാറ്റോ സഖ്യകക്ഷികള്‍ക്കെതിരായ ആക്രമണങ്ങളെ പ്രതിരോധിക്കുകയും പുട്ടിൻ യുക്രൈൻ വിട്ട് പടിഞ്ഞാറോട്ട് നീങ്ങുന്നത് തടയും. പോളണ്ട്, റൊമാനിയ, ലാത്വിയ, എസ്‌തോണിയ എന്നിവയുള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള നാറ്റോ രാജ്യങ്ങളെ സംരക്ഷിക്കാന്‍ അമേരിക്ക സേനാവിന്യാസം നടത്തിയതായും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.

യു സ് കോണ്‍ഗ്രസിൻ്റെ സംയുക്ത സമ്മേളനത്തില്‍ യുക്രൈനിലെ റഷ്യന്‍ ആക്രമണത്തെ അപലപിച്ച ബൈഡന്‍, പ്രകോപനമില്ലാതെയാണ് യുക്രൈന്‍ ആക്രമിക്കപ്പെട്ടതെന്നും ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. പുട്ടിൻ്റെ ആക്രമണത്തെ നേരിടാന്‍ പാശ്ചാത്യ ലോകം ഒറ്റക്കെട്ടാണ്. അമേരിക്കയുടെ വ്യോമപാതയില്‍ റഷ്യന്‍ വിമാനങ്ങള്‍ക്കു നിരോധനമേര്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയെന്നും ബൈഡന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.

ഇതോടെ, റഷ്യക്കെതിരെയുള്ള പോരാട്ടത്തിൽ സൈനികമായി യുക്രൈൻ തനിയെ ആണെന്നും, അമേരിക്കയോ നാറ്റോ രാജ്യങ്ങളോ സൈനീക നീക്കം നടത്തില്ല എന്നതിലും വ്യക്തത വന്നിരിക്കുകയാണ്. ഉപരോധങ്ങൾക്ക് പുറമെ സാമ്പത്തിക ആയുധ സഹായം ലഭിക്കും എന്നതിനപ്പുറം അമേരിക്കയുടെ  നേരിട്ടുള്ള സൈനീക സഹായം ഉണ്ടാകില്ല.

Joe Biden says US troops will not land in Ukraine to fight against Russia. US President Joe Biden has told the US Congress that the American people are with Ukraine. Biden made the remarks in a speech to the US Congress a week after Russia's attack starts on Ukraine. This is a historically important decision.

Mr Biden said the United States would not take part in the fight against Russia, adding that the United States would work with its allies to protect NATO territories. Ukraine is bravely retaliating against Russia. Putin and Russia may benefit from the war. But in the long run, Russia will have to pay a heavy price, Biden said. Putin will prevent attacks on NATO allies and prevent them from moving west from Ukraine. He said the United States had deployed troops to protect NATO countries, including Poland, Romania, Latvia and Estonia.

Biden condemned the Russian attack on Ukraine at a joint session of the US Congress, saying it was unprovoked. The Western world is united in its opposition to Putin's attack. Biden said Russian flights were banned from US airspace. With this, it has become clear that Ukraine is alone militarily in the fight against Russia and that neither the US nor NATO countries will make a military move. In addition to sanctions, there can be no direct US military assistance other than financial arms assistance.
