ലോകത്തെ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച അഞ്ച് ബിസിനസ് ഇന്‍കുബേറ്ററുകളില്‍ ഇടംപിടിച്ച് KSUM. കേരള സ്റ്റാര്‍ട്ടപ്പ് മിഷൻ ആഗോളതല അംഗീകാര തിളക്കത്തിൽ. സ്റ്റാര്‍ട്ടപ്പ് എക്കോസിസ്റ്റത്തിൻ്റെ ബെഞ്ച്മാർക്ക് പഠനത്തിൽ ലോകത്തെ മികച്ച അഞ്ച് ബിസിനസ് ഇൻകുബേറ്ററുകളിൽ ഒന്നായി കേരള സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പ് മിഷനെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു. സ്വീഡൻ ആസ്ഥാനമായുള്ള ഇന്നൊവേഷൻ ഇന്റലിജൻസ് കമ്പനിയായ യുബിഐ ഗ്ലോബൽ ആണ് പഠനം നടത്തിയത്. പഠനത്തിൻ്റെ  ആറാം പതിപ്പിനായി 1,800-ലധികം സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളെ ആണ് വിലയിരുത്തിയതിലാണ് ആദ്യ അഞ്ചിൽ ഒന്നായി കേരള സ്റ്റാര്‍ട്ടപ്പ് മിഷന്‍ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടത്.

എന്നാൽ പട്ടികയിൽ ആദ്യ അഞ്ച് സ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ സംസ്ഥാനം ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതിനെകുറിച്ച് മാത്രമാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നത്. കൃത്യമായ സ്ഥാനം ജൂണിൽ മാത്രമേ പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കൂ. നാടിന്റെ ശോഭനമായ ഭാവി സാക്ഷാൽക്കരിക്കാൻ സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പുകൾക്ക് അനുയോജ്യമായ അന്തരീക്ഷം ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തേണ്ടത് അനിവാര്യമാണെന്ന എൽ.ഡി.എഫ് സർക്കാരിന്റെ നയത്തിന്റെ ഗുണഫലമാണീ നേട്ടം. കൂടുതൽ നിക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ കേരളത്തിലെ സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പ് മേഖലയിൽ കൊണ്ടുവരാൻ ഈ അംഗീകാരം സഹായകരമാകും. ഇനിയും മികവിലേയ്ക്കുയരാനും ഇത് സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പ് മിഷനു പ്രചോദനമാകട്ടെ എന്ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പിണറായി വിജയൻ തന്റെ ഫേസ്ബുക്ക് പേജിൽ കുറിച്ചു.

അതേസമയം കേരളത്തിൽ ലോകത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പ് ഇക്കോസിസ്റ്റം കെട്ടിപ്പടുക്കുന്നതിൽ കേരള സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പ് മിഷൻ വഹിച്ച മാതൃകാപരമായ പങ്ക് ഗവർണർ ആരിഫ് മുഹമ്മദ് ഖാൻ തന്റെ റിപ്പബ്ലിക് ദിന പ്രസംഗത്തിനിടെ എടുത്തു പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. കെഎസ്‌യുഎമ്മിന്റെ ശ്രമങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള വലിയ അംഗീകാരമാണ് ലോകത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച അഞ്ച് ബിസിനസ് ഇൻകുബേറ്ററുകളിൽ ഇടം പിടിക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചതെന്ന് കെഎസ്‌യുഎം സിഇഒ അനൂപ് അംബിക പ്രതികരിച്ചു.

വെർച്വൽ ഇൻകുബേഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാം, വിവിധ ഘട്ടങ്ങളിൽ സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പുകൾക്കായി നൽകുന്ന ഇൻകുബേഷൻ പിന്തുണ, സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പുകൾക്ക് നൽകുന്ന ചിട്ടയായ ഫണ്ടിംഗ് സംവിധാനം എന്നിവയെല്ലാം ഈ ആഗോള അംഗീകാരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിൽ നിർണായക ഘടകങ്ങളായി മാറി. സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ സംരംഭകത്വ വികസനത്തിനും ഇൻകുബേഷൻ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്കുമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരിന്റെ നോഡൽ ഏജൻസിയാണ് കേരള സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പ് മിഷൻ (KSUM). 2006ലാണ് കേരള കേരള സ്റ്റാര്‍ട്ടപ്പ് മിഷന്‍ സ്ഥാപിതമായത്. സംരംഭകത്വ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക, സ്റ്റാര്‍ട്ടപ്പ് ബിസിനസുകളെ പിന്തുണയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഒരുക്കുക എന്നിവയാണ് കേരള സ്റ്റാർട്ട് അപ് മിഷന്റെപ്രധാന ലക്ഷ്യം.

അതേസമയം ദക്ഷിണേഷ്യയിലെ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച സ്റ്റാര്‍ട്ടപ്പ് ഹബ്ബ് നിര്‍മ്മിച്ചും സര്‍വകലാശാലകളിലും ഇന്‍കുബേഷന്‍ സെന്ററുകള്‍ സ്ഥാപിച്ചും സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നാടിന്റെ വളര്‍ച്ച മുന്നില്‍ കണ്ട് നടത്തിയ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ക്കുള്ള അംഗീകാരമാണ് ഇതെന്ന് മന്തി പി. രാജീവ് പറഞ്ഞു.

Kerala Startup Mission has been selected as one of the top five business incubators in the world in a benchmark study of the startup ecosystem. The study was conducted by UBI Global, an innovation intelligence company based in Sweden. For the sixth edition of the study, Kerala Startup Mission was selected as one of the top five out of more than 1,800 organizations.

But now it is known only about the state being included in the top five positions in the list. The exact position will be announced only in June. The achievement is the result of the LDF government's policy that it is essential to ensure a suitable environment for start-ups to realize the bright future of the country. This recognition will help bring more investments in the startup sector in Kerala. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan wrote on his Facebook page that this should inspire the start-up mission to continue to excel.

Meanwhile, during his Republic Day speech, Governor Arif Mohammad Khan highlighted the exemplary role played by the Kerala Startup Mission in building the world's best startup ecosystem in Kerala. Anoop Ambika, CEO, KSUM commented that it is a great recognition of KSUM's efforts to be ranked among the top five business incubators in the world.

The virtual incubation program, the incubation support provided to startups at various stages, and the systematic funding system provided to startups have all become critical factors in gaining this global recognition. Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) is the nodal agency of the state government working for entrepreneurship development and incubation activities in the state. Kerala Kerala Startup Mission was established in 2006.
