ലഖിംപുർ ഖേരി കേസ് - ആശിഷ് മിശ്രയടക്കമുള്ളവരുടെ തോക്കുകളിൽനിന്ന് വെടി പൊട്ടിയെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട്

ഉത്തർപ്രദേശിലെ  ലഖിംപുർ ഖേരിയിൽ കർഷകരെ കാർ കയറ്റി കൊലപ്പെടുത്തിയ കേസിൽ  അറസ്റ്റിലായ ആശിഷ് മിശ്രയടക്കമുള്ളവരുടെ തോക്കുകളിൽനിന്ന് വെടിയുതിർന്നതായി ഫൊറൻസിക് റിപ്പോർട്ട്. വെടിവയ്പ്പുണ്ടായെന്നു കർഷകർ ആരോപിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കിലും ഇല്ലെന്നായിരുന്നു ആശിഷിന്റെ പിതാവും കേന്ദ്ര ആഭ്യന്തര സഹമന്ത്രിയുമായ അജയ് മിശ്ര പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നത്. ഫോറൻസിക് റിപ്പോർട്ട് പുറത്തുവന്നതോടെ  പോസ്റ്റ്മോർട്ടം റിപ്പോർട്ടിനെച്ചൊല്ലിയും ആരോപണങ്ങളുയർന്നു. ആരുടെയും ദേഹത്തു വെടികൊണ്ട പാടുകളില്ലെന്നായിരുന്നു പോസ്റ്റ്മോർട്ടം റിപ്പോർട്ട്. എന്നാൽ വെടിയേറ്റിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നു കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞതിനെത്തുടർന്ന്, വീണ്ടും പോസ്റ്റ്മോർട്ടം നടത്തിയ 2 മൃതദേഹങ്ങളിലും വെടിയേറ്റിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് അധികൃതർ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. ഒക്ടോബർ മൂന്നിന് ലഖിംപുർ ഖേരിയിൽ കർഷകർക്കു മേൽ ജീപ്പോടിച്ചു കയറ്റിയ സംഭവത്തിനിടെ 4 കർഷകരും ഒരു മാധ്യമ പ്രവർത്തകനും തുടർന്നുണ്ടായ ആൾക്കൂട്ട ആക്രമണത്തിൽ 3 ബിജെപി പ്രവർത്തകരും മരിച്ചിരുന്നു. 

ലഖിംപുർ ഖേരിയിൽ കർഷകരെ കാർ കയറ്റി കൊന്ന കേസ്: ആശിഷ് മിശ്ര അറസ്റ്റിൽ

കേസിലെ പ്രതികളായ ആശിഷ് മിശ്ര, അനുയായി അങ്കിത് ദാസ് എന്നിവരുടെ വീടുകളിൽനിന്നു റിവോൾവർ, റൈഫിൾ എന്നിവയടക്കം 5 തോക്കുകളാണു പ്രത്യേകാന്വേഷണ സംഘം പിടിച്ചെടുത്തത്. ഇവയിൽനിന്നു വെടിയുതിർന്നുവെന്നാണ് റിപ്പോർട്ടിലുള്ളതെന്ന് പ്രാദേശിക മാധ്യമങ്ങൾ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി. എന്നാൽ, അന്വേഷണം നടക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ റിപ്പോർട്ടിലെ വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ വെളിപ്പെടുത്താനാവില്ലെന്ന് ഡിഐജി ഉപേന്ദ്ര അഗർവാൾ പറഞ്ഞു.  ആശിഷ് മിശ്രയടക്കമുള്ള കേസിലെ 13 പ്രതികൾ ലഖിംപുർ ഖേരി ജയിലിലാണ്. ഇവരിൽ ചിലരുടെ ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷ 15ന് ജില്ലാ കോടതി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. കേസ് ഡയറിയും സാക്ഷിമൊഴികളും അന്നു ഹാജരാക്കാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. 

According to forensic reports, Ashish Mishra, who was arrested in connection with the car killing of farmers in Lakhimpur Kheri in Uttar Pradesh, opened fire from the guns of his men. Ashish's father and union minister of state for home Ajay Mishra had said that the farmers had alleged that there was a firing but not. With the release of the forensic report, allegations were also raised over the autopsy report. The autopsy reported that no one had any gunshot marks on them. But after family members said they had been shot, authorities said all 2 bodies that had been autopsyed again were not shot. On october 3, 4 farmers, a media personality and 3 BJP workers were killed in a mob attack in Lakhimpur Kheri when a jeep was driven over farmers.

The special investigation team seized 5 guns, including revolvers and rifles, from the houses of Ashish Mishra and his follower ankit das, the accused in the case. Local media revealed that the report said they had fired from them. DIG Upendra Agarwal, however, said the details of the report could not be disclosed in the event of an investigation. The 13 accused in the Ashish Mishra case are in Lakhimpur Kheri  jail. The district court is considering the case of some of them on 15th. The case diary and testimony have been asked to be produced that day.
