ഇന്ത്യന്‍ മഹാസമുദ്രത്തിൽ പിടിമുറുക്കാൻ അത്യാധുനിക പടക്കപ്പല്‍ പാക്കിസ്ഥാന് കൈമാറി ചൈന. ഇന്ത്യന്‍ മഹാസമുദ്രത്തിലെ അധീശത്വം ഊട്ടിഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതിൻ്റെ ഭാഗമായാണ് ചൈനയുടെ ഈ നീക്കം. ചൈന ഇന്നേവരെ കയറ്റുമതി ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതില്‍ വച്ച് ഏറ്റവും അത്യാധുനികമായ യുദ്ധക്കപ്പലാണിതെന്നാണ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്. ഇന്ത്യന്‍ മഹാസമുദ്രത്തിലാവും പാക്കിസ്ഥാന്‍ ഇതു വിന്യസിക്കുക. പാക്കിസ്ഥാന്റെ നാവികശേഷി പതിന്മടങ്ങ് മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന നീക്കമാണ് ചൈന നടത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് പ്രതിരോധ വിദഗ്ധര്‍ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടുന്നു. 

ചൈന സ്‌റ്റേറ്റ് ഷിപ്പ്ബില്‍ഡിങ് കോര്‍പ്പറേഷന്‍ നിര്‍മിച്ച് കൈമാറിയ 054എ/പി ടൈപ്പ് പടക്കപ്പലിനു പാക്ക് നാവികസേന പിഎന്‍എസ് തുഗ്‌റില്‍ എന്ന പേരാണു നല്‍കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. തിങ്കളാഴ്ച ഷാങ്ഹായിയില്‍ നടന്ന ചടങ്ങിലാണ് കപ്പല്‍ കൈമാറിയത്. അത്യാധുനിക യുദ്ധസന്നാഹങ്ങളും സ്വയം പ്രതിരോധ സംവിധാനങ്ങളും കപ്പലിലുണ്ടെന്ന് പാക്ക് നാവികസേന അറിയിച്ചു. ഭാവിയില്‍ മൂന്ന് യുദ്ധക്കപ്പലുകള്‍ കൂടി ചൈന പാക്കിസ്ഥാന് കൈമാറും.

The Pakistan Navy has named the 054 A / P type ship, PNS Tughril, manufactured and delivered by the China State Shipbuilding Corporation. The ship was handed over at a ceremony in Shanghai on Monday. The Pakistani navy said the ship was equipped with state-of-the-art munitions and self-defense equipment. In the future, China will hand over three more warships to Pakistan.
